What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SAP Integration Suite, our system landscape was held together by many point-to-point connections between SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and non-SAP applications like Salesforce, banks, and logistics partners. Each interface was built differently, was hard to maintain, and broke without warning. When an interface failed, nobody could quickly see where the data got stuck. We were also running on SAP PI/PO, which is nearing the end of its maintenance, so we needed a cloud-ready replacement.
Integration Suite addressed these problems in several ways:
One central platform for integration. All interfaces, SAP and non-SAP, cloud and on-premise, now run through a single middleware. This replaced scattered custom connections.
Prebuilt integration content. The SAP Business Accelerator Hub provides ready-made iFlows and connectors for standard scenarios, such as employee replication from SuccessFactors or S/4HANA to Ariba. This cut development time significantly.
Hybrid connectivity. The Cloud Connector lets us securely link on-premise systems to cloud applications without opening our network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
