Setting up and mapping the system initially can be somewhat technical and may take a considerable amount of time, particularly if your environment includes complex custom objects or intricate data structures. Nevertheless, after everything is properly configured—and with excellent support from Ravi—the system operates reliably and needs very little ongoing maintenance. Any businesses looking to integrate their cloud applications with QuickBooks Desktop should look no further. We've been using DBSync for over a year now, and we're very happy with our decision to use their Cloud Workflow tool to integrate our Salesforce instance with QuickBooks Desktop. Their application uses the QB Web Connector and runs seamlessly to streamline our internal processes while reducing duplicated data entry efforts between both systems. We rarely run into any issues, but when we do, their customer support team works to get our business up and running quicker than expected. We've worked closely with Arpitha on a number of items, including a recent query update, and we appreciate that she always goes above and beyond to serve our DBSync needs. Due to the limitations of QuickBooks Desktop and it's Web Connector, there is a timed delay for syncing data between Salesforce and QuickBooks Desktop. This is not an issue with DBSync, but QBD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It wasn’t so much an issue with DBSync itself, but more the fact that we were moving from a fully manual process to automation for the first time. That shift required a lot of groundwork on our end—defining logic, cleaning up data, and rethinking how things should flow. It would’ve helped to set that expectation clearly from the start, since building from scratch (versus switching from another automated system) definitely involves more collaboration and prep. The integration has brought improved efficiency and accuracy to our billing and accounting processes. The connector is simple to use once configured and works great. DBSync put their two best in Harsh and Mohit on the project. This allowed us to make great strides with a significant amount of customization including some requirements that DBSync hadn't encountered before. The significant amount of customization required was somewhat frustrating because it seemed that things were pretty straightforward during the demo. While this was all ultimately worked through, it too much longer than anyone expected and only incremental progress was realized until Harsh and Mohit were put on the project.
