What do you like best about Skyvia?

I mainly use Skyvia to move and sync service-related data between a few systems our team depends on daily. Since I spend most of my time in the field, I appreciate that the setup didn’t require a lot of technical work from my side. The interface is pretty straightforward, and after the initial configuration, most of the sync jobs have been reliable. What stood out to me was how easy it was to connect cloud apps and databases without needing custom scripts every time something changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

The platform is easy overall, but some of the more advanced mapping and transformation options took a while to fully understand. I had to spend extra time testing a few workflows before getting them right. Error messages can also be a little too technical at times for users who are not heavily involved in data management. What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skyvia helped automate a lot of that process. Work order information, customer updates, and reporting data now stay more synchronized without someone needing to manually transfer everything. That has reduced small data mistakes and made it easier for dispatch and field technicians to stay on the same page.
