Zapier helps us cut down on repetitive tasks in customer support. For instance, it can automatically log new customer inquiries in a Google Sheet, send email alerts when a support form is submitted, and notify the team whenever new requests come in. This means we don’t have to manually copy details between different tools, and it lowers the risk of missing important updates. The best part is that setting up these automations is fairly straightforward, even if you don’t have any coding knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s very little to dislike about Zapier. Setting up certain workflows can take some trial and error, particularly when you’re linking multiple apps together and trying to get every step working as intended. That said, once everything is properly configured, the automations run smoothly and end up saving a lot of manual effort. Overall, my experience with it has been excellent.
