What do you like best?

Too often prospects get frightened off from proper financial planning because they fear they are going to get confused into making bad decisions. Asset-Map makes it more simple to view on one page, with backup reports and scenarios when needed, so there's less computation and hoops to jump through for the client to understand. If your client stresses simplicity, this application can help you deliver Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It would be more beenficial to advisor and client to use connections with financial institutions so information is updated accuratley frequently. Incoporating a vault/file sharing process would enhance value.

Would love to be able to itemize expenses or accounts and expand or contract more easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Quite regularly, new clients have said they don't want to receive a financial plan the size of a bible. Asset-Map helps goal oriented advisors provide the information these clients need in a manner that's easy to absorb, whether they are on target or need some changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asset map is a tool that is easy to use and intuitive.

In an industry that suffers from complexity the Asset Map is a breathe of fresh air that clients can easy relate to.

When used propey client conversations can be more meaning ful and not just based on the tired traditional performance figures update.

The integrations with our other tech stack components makes data entry and updates a snap. And saves us lots of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

That it is not our firms own proprietary software. Ie our competitors have access too!

The target maps are always being updated and the output is good but could be a little more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Holistic planning with asset and income location.

I've eliminated a tremendous amount of preparation time for meetings.

What do you like best?

I like the simplicity of the AssetMap and the ability to add in different target maps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see the ability to set a rate of return for individual account(s)/investment(s). I also would like for them to implement progressive tax rates so we can get a more accurate reflection of the tax burden at different income levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are using this tool, take a look at the default tax rates & other default settings to help with efficiency and accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been able to help clients more easily visualize how the different pieces of their financial picture fit together. I have benefited from using this software to show clients areas where they might have a "blindspot" or need to make some planning/investment adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Cash Flow report could be simpler. Also, target maps need to be flexible for different spending patters in retirement. 90 yr olds aren't spending like those who are brand new to retirement.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

One page Asset Map- easy for fact finding and client review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

No way to project a glide path for my client/ prospects investments? For example, the client is 15 years from retirement, so their investments are aggressively allocated and become more conservative as they near retirement. As I see the Target Map option currently, I can either put their investment growth at an aggressive assumption (which lasts into retirement) or a conservative assumption (which starts immediately). A glide path option would be a huge value add to my presentation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

More holistic fact finding, easy platform to highlight holes and planning areas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
