Integration with my CRM, Wealthbox, is great.

**What do you dislike about Black Diamond Wealth Platform?**

It's super complicated to navigate and identify preferred reporting pages.

**What problems is Black Diamond Wealth Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It produces great reports and provides performance data for accounts that require it.  Integrations are good to reduce duplicating data entry.

**What do you like best about Black Diamond Wealth Platform?**

Investment reports can be customized and can be very detailed.  Our logo is on the first page, and all client investment accounts are listed.  We show colored pie charts and spreadsheets, where investment details and performance is shown.  Our clients invest in alternative investments, and being able to see a consolidated report of all investments under our management shows the client how well their accounts have been performing.

**What do you dislike about Black Diamond Wealth Platform?**

Only issue I have is with the input of a manual investment.  When there is a capital call or distribution, I input the value.  If I then receive a statement that pre-dates the call or distribution, it will wipe out the call or distribution that postdates the statement.  I then have to re-input the call or distribution.

**Recommendations to others considering Black Diamond Wealth Platform:**

Take advantage of the onboarding process.  We were assigned a rep who really knows the software well.  We had several zoom meetings and were able to learn how to use the Black Diamond website and ask questions along the way.

**What problems is Black Diamond Wealth Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have all our reporting and billing all in one place.  We used to use Axys, which also owns Black Diamond.  Black Diamond is much more robust and the reporting is much more detailed.
