## Jump Reviews
 ### 1. Keeps Me Present in Client Conversations with Seamless Wealthbox Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam T. | Wealth consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I like how it's allowed me to be more present in my client conversations. I've been able to focus more on their emotions and their reactions to the advice instead of focusing on making sure that I capture the details of our conversation. The integration with Wealthbox allows me to foward my meeting notes directly to my CRM without having to do much except confirm the data. The performance of the program is nice since even if I lose connection the recording is saved in the cloud so that next time I have connection I can reconnect to process the notes. The AI is very impressive in picking up context clues.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I dislike the limitations my firm puts on the program.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump is allowing me to have more impactful meetings with clients by allowing me to be fully engaged in what matters to them. I'm able to have a natural conversation with them without having to interrupt to take down great notes. I don't have to manually type follow up letters that allow us to track the action items and I don't have to manually track the tasks in my CRM.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We're thrilled to hear that Jump has allowed you to have more impactful meetings with clients and that the integration with Wealthbox has made it easier for you to forward meeting notes to your CRM.

 ### 2. Powerful Time Saver for Client Meeting Documentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preston Y. | Financial Planning Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

What I like best about Jump is how much time it saves after meetings. It captures the details of client conversations, organizes them into a format that's easy to review, and helps ensure important planning items don't get missed. It allows me to spend more time focused on the client during meetings instead of taking extensive notes, while still having a solid record of the discussion afterward.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The biggest challenge has been the time and effort required to customize Jump to match our exact workflow and note-taking style. While the platform is powerful, it can take a lot of trial and error to get the outputs formatted exactly how we want them, and we're still refining that process. Once customized, it provides a lot of value, but getting to that point has required a significant investment of time.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump is solving the problem of manual meeting documentation and note-taking. It allows me to focus more on the client conversation instead of trying to capture every detail during the meeting. Afterward, it provides a comprehensive summary that helps ensure important planning items, action items, and client details are not missed. This has improved efficiency, reduced administrative work, and created more consistency in our CRM notes and follow-up process.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Jump! We're thrilled to hear that it's been a powerful time-saver for your client meeting documentation. We understand the customization process can be time-consuming, but we're here to help streamline that for you. Our team is available to assist in tailoring Jump to match your workflow and note-taking style more efficiently. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your dedication to refining the process. We're delighted that Jump is solving the challenges of manual documentation for you and enhancing your efficiency and client focus. If you need any further assistance or have suggestions for improvement, please don't hesitate to reach out at help@jumpapp.com. Thank you for choosing Jump!

 ### 3. Jump Makes Meeting Summaries and Follow-Up Emails Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren P. | Product Managment Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I really like the way jump captures and summarizes meetings. I really like the summary it provides and the ability to customize my summary depending on the meeting I am having. I also like the ability to generate a follow up email relating to the meeting I had so I do not have to reinvent the wheel with a summary email.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I find some of the calendar integration clunky and it does not always send my note taker. It does not happen all of the time but just enough to be frustrating

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump helps solve our meeting note taking, meeting summaries and meeting follow ups. It has helped us save a lot of time and has helped us focus in meetings more efficiently

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive feedback about Jump! We're thrilled to hear that you find our meeting summaries and follow-up email features helpful. We appreciate your feedback about the calendar integration and note taker issues. Our team would love to see where we can help; please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to connect. We're glad to hear that Jump is saving you time and helping you focus more efficiently in meetings. Thank you for choosing Jump!

 ### 4. Customizable Note-Taking with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I primarily use Jump for notetaking in client meetings, and it has really improved our productivity by about 2-3 hours per week per advisor. I like that we can customize the notetaking to match the structure we prefer, which means we only need to edit briefly after meetings. I also appreciate the customer service; they are generally very quick to respond to any questions or requests for help. The initial setup wasn't too difficult, and the integrations have been pretty easy to figure out.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

We haven't been able to nail down agenda creation for meetings. When we've tried to customize the pre-meeting notes to populate an agenda, it's just too messy and not filtered or in the format we like. I think the customization in general could continue to get better. It would be awesome if there came a day where we really didn't need to edit the meeting notes, follow-up emails, or meeting agenda.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jump for notetaking in client meetings and follow-up emails, increasing productivity by 2-3 hours per week for each advisor.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience, Jonathan! We are thrilled that Jump has improved your productivity! Regarding agenda creation, our team would love to help! Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to book some time with our product specialists.

 ### 5. Jump Makes Meeting Summaries and Pre-Meeting Prep Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron H. | Financial Advisor, Associate Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Jump does a great job summarizing our meetings and listing to-do's for both our clients and our team. The pre-meeting prep is also an awesome tool that helps us get up to speed faster for the next day.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

An auto-connect option for phone calls would be really helpful, and it’s hard to tell whether it’s actually recording when I’m on a call. It would also be great to have reporting within our own business so we can see our best practices and identify the areas that could use improvement.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep an accurate record of all client interactions and stay on top of follow-ups, both for our team and for our clients.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're glad to hear that Jump is helping you with meeting summaries and pre-meeting prep. We appreciate your feedback about the auto-connect option for phone calls and the need for better visibility on call recording. And regarding your request for reporting; we offer a robust set of analytics and insights with Jump Grow. We would love to see if this product suits your needs - please reach out to us at help@jumpapp.com for more information! Thank you for sharing your experience.

 ### 6. Huge Time Savings with Automated Meeting Notes, Tasks, and CRM-Ready Records

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Meeting-to-record automation that captures and transcribes meetings (video, phone, or in-person) and turns them into notes, recaps, and CRM-ready records, cutting a 60-minute admin task down to about 5. In terms of real time savings, advisors report reclaiming 8–10 hours a week, and enterprise teams see meeting admin drop by up to 90%. It also captures tasks automatically by pulling action items from the conversation, building smart task cards with due dates, and pushing them to your CRM (Salesforce, Wealthbox, Redtail) in one click. For client follow-ups, it drafts recap emails you can customize for tone and style, then copy or open directly in Gmail/Outlook. Compliance is built in, with highly configurable settings for RIAs, IBDs, and enterprise teams, running on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure with granular access controls. Integrations are deep as well, connecting to your existing CRMs, planning tools, calendars, and VoIP/conferencing without changing how you work. Finally, it provides growth insights by surfacing opportunities like referrals and held-away assets and reading client sentiment from conversations.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

AI Associate is rather poor at surfacing the questions and information that we are looking for.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note taking time savings and CRM integration savings. Our Jump can create new business contacts under business accounts in our CRM which is a great way to remember to add contacts to our CRM

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump and how it has helped you reclaim valuable time and improve your workflow. We have passed your feedback along to our product team. If you would like to speak with our team further about your experience, please reach out to help@jumpapp.com.

 ### 7. Saves Time and Ensures Accurate Meeting Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Tax & Wealth Management Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I love how Jump saves time by allowing me to talk with clients without interrupting meetings to take notes. The automatic meeting summaries are great because I can quickly review and file them, which saves me about 30 minutes per meeting. The meeting notes are accurate and list action items, so I don't have to remember everything discussed. I appreciate that Jump catches most of my upcoming meetings by searching my Outlook and Zoom calendars.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I would like it to integrate with Google Calendar to see upcoming meetings to record. It may be something my firm blocks, but Jump does not seem to search my Google Calendar to look for upcoming meetings. It was a little difficult to set up, but someone from Jump did a virtual call with me and helped me set it up.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump saves me time by automating meeting notes, allowing uninterrupted client interactions, and providing accurate summaries with action items. It cuts 30 minutes off my documentation time per meeting.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Jump is saving you time and ensuring accurate meeting notes. Regarding the Google Calendar integration, please reach out to our team at help@jumpapp.com as they may be able to check if you can connect your calendar or if this is blocked by your firm. Thank you for sharing how Jump is benefiting you!

 ### 8. Jump Helps You Focus On Your Clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I like that Jump, when given a great database to get it's information from, makes pre-meeting preparation easy. The user interface is simple to navigate. It does a pretty good job of integrating with Redtail, although some things need some modification in order to make it work properly.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I don't like that Jump sometimes duplicates attending members in a meeting. Sometimes it gets the wrong name even if you've linked the contact to the meeting properly. I also don't like the way it formats activities for Redtail, but I believe it is because of how we use Redtail, not because of the program itself. The AI doesn't seem to be able to distinguish when someone is joking or not sometimes which leads to odd notes and comments.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump is helping with more focus on the client meeting as opposed to writing everything the client says down. Jump helps us stay more present in meetings because we trust that it'll catch the important information. It also helps us with our activities and workflows on Redtail so that nothing slips through the cracks while we operate.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear that Jump is making your pre-meeting preparation easy and helping you stay focused on your clients. We appreciate your input about the duplicates and name recognition issues, and we would love to connect to see how we might be able to help. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com. We appreciate you sharing your experience.

 ### 9. Instant, More Accurate Meeting Notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Being able to receive meeting notes immediately and share them seamlessly through the Redtail integration right away is a huge help, especially since it eliminates the need to wait for advisors to type everything in later. It also improves accuracy and helps ensure nothing gets missed, which is particularly important when advisors have back-to-back meetings.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I wish I could share activities to Redtail with two contacts (for example, a married couple) linked to the same task. Right now, I have to go into Redtail and manually add the spouse who isn’t linked, which ends up taking quite a bit of extra time.

I’d also like an option to have every member of the team assigned to a task by default. We have Redtail set up so everyone can see every task, but with the current setup I have to manually select each team member before sending it to Redtail.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to wait for meeting notes (which can be missing details) that sometimes don’t arrive until several days after a meeting. It also helps ensure we get clients what they need right away, instead of finding out a few days later and getting a late start. Overall, it has improved client satisfaction.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We're thrilled to hear that the instant meeting notes and seamless Redtail integration have been a huge help for you. As we continue to build out our offerings our team would love to meet with you and learn more about your use cases. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to connect. We're here to ensure Jump continues to meet your needs and improve your workflow. Thank you for being a valued user!

 ### 10. Saves Time and Boosts Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph K. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I really appreciate Jump because it saves me a bunch of time after meetings by automatically creating notes. It's been great for helping me remember tasks I might forget about. The best part is the integration with my CRM, Wealthbox—it's super convenient as it takes the meetings I have set and puts them into notes, while also automatically sending tasks to the relevant people from the meetings. I also found it very easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I do not like the two-factor authentication sent to my email. I've had issues where I couldn't get into my Jump because the two-factor wasn't sent in time. There should either be a passcode or the ability to send the two-factor authentication to my phone if passwords aren't an option.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump saves me time after meetings by capturing notes and sending follow-up emails. It integrates well with my CRM to automatically update tasks and schedule meetings, which is super convenient and helps me remember tasks I might forget.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We're thrilled to hear that our platform is saving you time and boosting your efficiency. Your feedback about the two-factor authentication is valuable to us, and we would love to see where we might be able to help. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to connect. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to provide you with a seamless experience.

 ### 11. Enhances Client Interaction and Note-Taking Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek C. | Manager of Wealth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I love how Jump allows me to focus 100% on my interaction with clients during meetings while ensuring important details are not missed. It ensures I can fully engage with my clients without being distracted by taking notes, which makes my clients feel that I'm present and attentive. I also find the setup was pretty easy and straightforward. Connecting different pieces of software that integrate with Jump worked the way I expected, and everything integrates well with my calendars, picking up meetings as needed.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I'd love a direct integration with my email so I could send follow-up emails directly from Jump instead of copying and pasting. Also, I'm waiting for LPL to approve more features like different levels, though it's not a huge deal.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump takes notes for me, ensuring I don't miss important details. It helps compose emails and notes for my CRM and follow-ups with clients. I can focus 100% on client interactions during meetings without distractions.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We're thrilled to hear that our platform is enhancing your client interactions and note-taking efficiency. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. We're here to support you every step of the way!

 ### 12. Quick, Easy Access and Great Pre-Meeting Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

It’s quick and easy to use on both my phone and computer. Even when an impromptu meeting pops up, I can access it right away. For pre-meeting prep, it scans my CRM and my previous notes, then pulls up useful data and information ahead of time so I can review it and stay relevant once the meeting starts. It’s a yearly subscription, but after I started using it, it paid for itself very quickly. Once you’ve tried it, it’s hard to go back. I’ve only used the AI assistant briefly so far, but it helps me pull up meeting-relevant data very fast.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I haven't had much of a negative experience so far in Jump. I did have some issues with my integrations, but the support chat was super helpful getting me back on track and correcting the issues with my "event filters" for meetings.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick meeting summaries, Task generations that sync directly into my CRM so I can quickly assign tasks to myself or team members after meetings are complete.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Jump has been providing you with quick and easy access, as well as great pre-meeting insights. Our goal is to make your meeting preparation as efficient as possible, and we're glad to hear that it's helping you stay relevant during meetings. We appreciate your feedback and are here to support you with any further assistance you may need.

 ### 13. Meeting Recording and Follow-Ups with Helpful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

The most helpful feature about Jump to our firm currently is the meeting recording, notetaking, and follow-up (e.g. task) generation. Jump also includes a broad range of integrations with other tools we use which is helpful, and I am excited to see how the functionality and performance across these integrations develops over time. We have found Jump fairly easy and intuitive to use, and onboarding and support resources have been very helpful. We have also found Jump to be very competitively priced versus other similar solutions.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

Some of the functionality and quality of output across integrations needs improvement, but I am optimistic this will happen over time.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump has drastically reduced the time we spend on pre-meeting prep and post-meeting follow-up, and it has allowed us to be much more present during meetings since we know the meeting capture and AI processing will make sure we don't miss anything.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We're glad to hear that you find the onboarding and support resources helpful, and that Jump has been competitively priced for your firm. We would love to hear more of your feedback about functionality and output to help as we continue to optimize our product. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to book some time with our product specialists.

 ### 14. Saves Hours with Thorough, Accurate Notes—and Keeps Me Compliant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul K. | Registered Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

It saves me hours per week and keeps me compliant. I was terrible about entering notes consistently after meetings, now it's done for me, and it's done more thoroughly and accurately than I did myself. It frees me up to focus on the client rather than jotting down notes and missing half of what they say.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about Jump yet to be honest. I guess I wish it was free??

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes me more attentive in client meetings, and it makes me more compliant by actually recording notes that I would sometimes neglect in the past. I am no longer scared to have my CRM audited

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Jump has been such a time-saver for you and has helped you stay compliant. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

 ### 15. Time-Saving Notetaker with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marvin D. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I find Jump easy to use and it seems to be getting smarter, which saves me a lot of time. It does an excellent job of creating and organizing meeting notes and follow-up activities. I also appreciate how it integrates easily with Office 365, Outlook, and my CRM and financial planning software. The initial setup was very easy and help was readily available.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I can't think of any glaring items for improvement. My primary frustration is getting the rest of my team members to fully adopt its usage as a matter of routine. Just skepticism and feeling they don't have time to learn about its capabilities.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jump to organize meeting notes, create to-do lists, prepare for meetings, suggest agendas, and draft summary emails. It's easy to use, saves time, improves organization of notes and tasks, and integrates well with Office 365, Outlook, and my CRM.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive feedback with us, Marvin! We're thrilled to hear that you find Jump easy to use and that it's saving you time. It's great to know that the integration with Office 365, Outlook, and your other software is working seamlessly for you.

 ### 16. Transformative Tool for Meetings and Social Media

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I absolutely love Jump for its meeting aspects and task management abilities. The way it keeps the actual meeting and the transcript right there is fantastic, making it easy to refer back if I need to check on a specific word or number. I also appreciate how I can post directly to social media from Jump without having to step outside the app. The ability to summarize meetings in a very nice way and organize my thoughts into a cohesive meeting template helps me be more present with my clients. It significantly simplifies tasks and lets me execute promised actions effectively. Jump has also improved my ability to share what I'm learning on social media platforms like LinkedIn because it makes everything so simple. The initial setup of Jump was incredibly easy, and this ease of use extends to getting it going.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I wish the customization was a little easier for the user. Whenever I need some customization, I go to the team, and they do it very quickly and do a great job. However, I want the ability to customize it easily, whether it's email follow-ups, prep, or the actual meeting notes themselves, including the format and other details. I wish it were just easier for me to have all the power so I can do it late at night, do it immediately, and see the impact right away.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jump to summarize meetings, organize thoughts, and execute tasks efficiently. It helps me be more present with clients and simplifies social media sharing. I love having meeting transcripts and being able to post directly from Jump.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you love Jump for its meeting aspects and task management abilities! The ability to keep meeting transcripts easily accessible and the seamless integration with social media are some of our favorite features too. We appreciate your feedback about customization and our product team would love to learn more about your experience as we continue to optimize our product. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to connect. Thank you for sharing how Jump has benefited you in summarizing meetings, organizing thoughts, and executing tasks efficiently. We're glad to be a part of your success!

 ### 17. Huge Time-Saver with in depth transcripts helping deepen relationships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alek M. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Saves me a ton of time logging client meeting notes and provides details from our meeting that I otherwise might not have caught but with the review of the transcript I pick up on more information relative to the clients situation

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

Not much to dislike. I do wish there was a better way to catch one off conversations spur of the moment when clients call without having to loop in jump on the call or put it on speaker. Not sure how that would work but if you guys figure it out it would be great.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time logging notes so I have more time on other tasks.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> It's great to hear that Jump is saving you time and providing valuable insights from client meetings. We appreciate your feedback about capturing unplanned conversations and will keep it in mind as we work on enhancing our features and functionality.

 ### 18. Streamlined Communication with Top-Tier Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** emma c. | Senior Client Relationship Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I really like the internal and external follow-up emails generated from the meeting notes; it cuts down a lot of time for me and my team. We can use them as templates for emails, both internally and externally. I also really like the fact that we can automatically push the notes from Jump into Salesforce, so even team members who don't use Jump can see and access them. It's also really helpful for meeting prep, providing advisers with a little meeting agenda before they meet with a client. The support from the customization specialists, especially Josh Phillips, has been super helpful. He's been great at helping with setup, customizing our experience, and providing ongoing support. I really appreciate how easy it has been to communicate with Jump and the quick responses to any issues I have, making me feel less overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The internal/external emails being generated I needed to go back and forth and make some edits, making them more concise. The meeting prep emails that we receive aren't concise, overloading us with data, and kinda bogging us down with a bunch of info. My main feedback with Jump would be to make sure the information comes through concise in a way that is helpful for us.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting prep and note taking. generating both internal and external client follow up emails and pushing notes through to salesforce. When I was first asked to integrate jump within my department, I felt overwhelmed. However, Josh Phillips was extremely supportive throughout the process, he was patient, responsive and made everything feel much more manageable. ### 19. Effortlessly Transforms Meeting Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily Rassam, CFP® H. | Product Advisory Board, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I like how Jump allows me to stay more present in my meetings because I don't have to pause and take notes. I also appreciate the fantastic insights that come out of Jump, which have helped me become a better adviser and conduct better meetings. Additionally, Jump saves us an incredible amount of time by gathering information from client meetings, preparing agendas, and getting client data ready. It's an important tool that helps us summarize meetings and add very accurate and compliant notes into our CRM. Also, Jump helps me remember even the little moments during meetings and act on them.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The integration with our financial planning software could be improved. I think it's mostly on the financial planning software's end, though.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump saves me significant time by preparing agendas, summarizing meetings, and accurately recording notes and follow up. It helps me stay present without pausing for note-taking, allowing me to remember even small meeting details.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We're glad to hear that it has helped you save time, stay present in meetings, and improve your overall advising process. We would love to learn more about your financial software integration and see where we might be able to help - feel free to email us at help@jumpapp.com.

 ### 20. Detailed Meeting Notes with Helpful Follow-Ups and Social Posts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Jump allows me to have detailed notes on meetings without having to remember every detail of the meeting after the fact. I also like the follow-up emails, although I don't always use them. I also like the social media posts.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

This might be something I need to explore yet with the development team. However, I wish the emails were a bit more personalized, and I could format the emails a bit more to my style and how I like them.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most importantly, it is helping me provide much more detailed notes on meetings and client interactions. This alone makes it well worth the money spent. My notes were not nearly as detailed as they are now. I'm not 100% sure it is saving me time, as I do have to read through the notes, but the time cost is worth the details.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> It's great to hear that Jump is making a difference in your note-taking and client interactions. Our product team would love to learn more about your personalization requirements with emails; please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to book some time. Thank you for your feedback!

 ### 21. 10/10 Recommend Jump

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ally N. | Advisor Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I love that I'm able to be fully present during client meetings. Jump captures everything and summarizes things with ~98% accuracy. The small errors are usually due to client's names being misspelled due to unique spellings.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The biggest challenge for myself was making sure I didn't accidentally kick jump out of a meeting when I was on the jump platform.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer need to spend 15-20 minutes after each meeting to summarize client meetings to integrate into SalesForce. I also don't have to create follow-up emails for clients. It's largely cut down on a lot of administrative work after meetings.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for the glowing recommendation! We're thrilled to hear that Jump has been such a valuable tool for you in staying present during client meetings and streamlining your post-meeting tasks. It's fantastic to hear that Jump has significantly reduced your administrative work and allowed you to focus more on your clients. If you have any further suggestions or encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and support you every step of the way.

 ### 22. Jump Captures Key Meeting Notes and Integrates Smoothly with WealthBox

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Jump allows me to focus on the meeting event and feel confident that the important facts, context and action items from the event get recorded, for me to review and archive appropriately. It also is great that it integrates with my CRM, WealthBox, and other tools.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

While I have jumped in and used the tool, I need more help around customizing the notes templates for more appropriate use with different types of meetings, and I have still not discovered how to get help around that.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump solves the accuracy and efficiency of taking notes while in the moment of the meeting events. I'm also learning that Jump is and can be helpful at quickly providing a review of my prior records and providing a quick summary of what to be alert and aware of, as meeting prep.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump and how it's benefiting your meeting efficiency. Our team would love to meet with you to help you beter configure your templates; please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to connect. We appreciate your feedback.

 ### 23. Helpful Salesforce Integration and Responsive Jump Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

The integration with Salesforce to send meeting notes directly to Salesforce events is very helpful. The AI/Intelligence is helpful when asking about specific topics discussed in meetings. The Jump support team is always prompt and friendly whenever there are issues.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I dislike that Jump send my team duplicate pre-meeting prep notes emails. I wish it would only send one. I also dislike how long it takes me to scroll back to previous meetings in the ai-processed page. Sometimes I have to send a an entire month's meeting notes to Salesforce at once and it is very annoying to have to keep scrolling down to click into prior meetings.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving my need to copy and paste meeting notes into Salesforce. It is also solving my need to transcribe written meeting notes into Salesforce.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Jump! We're thrilled to hear that you find the Salesforce integration and AI features helpful. We appreciate your feedback on the duplicate emails and scrolling experience. Our support team would love to troubleshoot; please email help@jumpapp.com to book time.

 ### 24. Streamlined Client Meetings with Efficient Note-Taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I love that Jump is a great time saver and helps me focus more on the client and their individual needs rather than just capturing the conversation. It does a better job than I did at capturing meeting notes. The professional job it does in categorizing our conversations into distinct topics is fantastic. Even when we get off topic or have random conversations during meetings, Jump documents everything in an organized manner.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I wish the alert that Jump is on our Zoom calls would be smaller, it seems too large. Just smaller, it currently is the same size as each attendee. One sentence or paragraph should be enough.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump saves me time by focusing on client needs instead of taking notes, and it organizes conversations into distinct topics even if we go off track.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Jump has been a time saver for you and has allowed you to focus more on your clients' needs. We appreciate your feedback about the size of the alert on Zoom calls and will take that into consideration for future updates. Thank you for sharing how Jump has benefited you in streamlining your client meetings.

 ### 25. Jump Lets Me Focus on Clients Instead of Note-Taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

With Jump, I can focus on listening to the client instead of spending the whole meeting taking lots of notes. I still jot down a few key points, but I leave the rest to Jump. That makes it easier for me to actively listen, rather than trying to listen and write everything down at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The integrations seem to break fairly often, and I end up having to reconnect several of them multiple times.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to take a lot of notes, but I still missed some important information and wasn’t always catching the most important things the client was saying. Now I can focus on their biggest wants and needs and let Jump handle most of the note-taking.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear that Jump has helped you focus on your clients. We would love to help optimize your integrations; please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to schedule some time with one of our product specialists.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon C. | Insurance Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

It is great because I can use it for virtually meetings as well as in person meetings. I met with an implementation member that helped me gear my notes and follow up email to my specific needs, which was amazing!

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

It does not connect with my CRM - Bigin.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with my workflow. I do not have to type my notes or follow up emails. It saves me time. I can also look back at the meeting to see if certain points were discussed.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you're finding Jump useful for both virtual and in-person meetings, and that our implementation support has been helpful for your specific needs. ### 27. Intuitive Meeting Transcripts and Automation That Keep Us Focused on Clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

It captures all of our meetings with transcripts and automation that allows our team to focus on our clients. The UI is intuitive in guiding our users to set up their accounts, and it is simple to automate information flow to different systems.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The admin experience is tricky to navigate and does not allow us to update some features of the AI prompts without contacting Jump support. Some of the connections break with no notice. It is not intuitive to set meetings as private.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump is saving our team time so that they can focus on the clients. This has allowed them to be more present in meetings and more productive with the thorough notes and tasks that Jump creates from the meetings.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Jump! We're thrilled to hear that our meeting transcripts and automation features are helping your team focus on your clients. We appreciate your feedback on the admin experience and the challenges you've faced with updating AI prompts and setting meetings as private. ### 28. Huge time-saver, but recording reliability needs work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renata R. | Exective assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

It automatically takes notes during client meetings, drafts follow-up emails, creates task lists, and updates the CRM - turning what used to take an hour of post-meeting admin into about 5 minutes. It also helps with compliance documentation, so nothing gets missed during audits.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

As an add-on to your existing CRM and calendar stack, it adds another subscription and another system that needs to sync correctly with the rest of your tools.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying consistent with my notes and keeping tasks on track is key.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump. We're thrilled that our product has helped you save 55 minutes post meeting! We recently added functionality that may better suit your larger scale needs; we'd love to connect to show you more! Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to schedule time. ### 29. Jump Makes Meeting Notes and Client Summaries Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Jump takes the headache out of writing notes during meetings and makes it much easier to summarize what was discussed for clients afterward. It’s a huge time-saver and really simplifies the whole process.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

We sometimes have a hard time retrieving notes from phone call meetings (as opposed to in-person or Teams meetings). We often use conference bridges for client meetings, and when we do, note generation can sometimes take a couple of hours.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump allows our staff to hold meetings without having to worry about actively taking notes or highlighting important aspects in the moment. It also cuts our meeting notes down by 65% after the fact by generating them for us.

 ### 30. Love Jump’s Customizable Notes for My Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew A. | Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

The customizations. Really like being able to make it understand the way i want my notes to look and how my team understands them. I am glad Jump is in my life

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I wish my BD would approve scheduling and Global Ask so I can have my CRM notes reviewed.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me LOADS of time of getting the meat of my meetings in the notes and being able to outline a recap email and what my team needs to do.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you love the customizations in Jump! It's great to know that it's helping you save time and communicate effectively with your team.

 ### 31. Superb Meeting Summarization and Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I find Jump very easy to use and it does a nice job of summarizing meetings by pulling all relevant points into one summary, even when there are parts that get distracted. Additionally, the Jump team is very easy to work with when I want to see additional features. The initial setup was also very quick—I was up and running in 20 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

There are always so many features that are being integrated that it's difficult to keep up sometimes. That's not much of a complaint though!

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jump for note-taking, client emails, and setting up tasks. It's easy to use, summarizes meetings well, and integrates all relevant points. The team is easy to work with.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for the fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear that you find Jump easy to use and that it effectively summarizes your meetings. It's great to know that Jump is helping you with note-taking, client communication, and task management. If you ever need assistance or have suggestions for improvement, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to support you every step of the way!

 ### 32. Effortless AI Note-Taking for Client Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I use Jump for AI note taking during client meetings. Before Jump, I was so focused on meeting and interacting with clients that note taking would fall through the cracks. I'd tell myself I'd deal with it after the meeting, but then I'd leave and forget to ever do it. I tried other solutions like CopyTalk and dictation services, and none of them ever seemed to work. When Jump came along, it was just a natural fit because I'd leave the meeting and the transcribed notes would be instantly available. I like that it's very easy to use, and now it integrates with our most valuable tools. Since it's easy to use, I can just have it running on one of our phones or on my iPad during client meetings, so I'm not distracted taking notes and I can be more focused on actually listening to the client and providing better advice. Now that it integrates with our CRM, it's really helping us take action on follow-up tasks. It also plugs into RingCentral, our phone service. The initial setup was very easy. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 to recommend to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

{"Sometimes I've had issues with the upload feature.","The iOS app, it can be a little bit buggy.","This is just something that's my fault, but sometimes I just forget to get the app logged in and updated or, ready to go before a client meeting.","When we first started using it, it didn't work with our CRM. So we were just using it as a stand alone notetaker.","I wish there was some type of device other than my phone, like a tiny little microphone I could just have ready to go that wasn't necessarily my phone. That would probably be helpful as well."}

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, note taking would fall through the cracks and I'd forget to do it after meetings. With Jump, I leave the meeting and the transcribed notes are instantly available. I'm not distracted taking notes, so I can focus on listening and giving better advice. The CRM integration helps us take action on follow-up tasks.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We're glad to hear that the effortless note-taking and integration with your essential tools have made such a positive impact on your client meetings. We have passed your feedback to our product team. If you're interested in sharing more about your experience, please reach out to help@jumpapp.com.

 ### 33. Boosts Meeting Efficiency, Needs Better CRM Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I like how much more efficient and attentive I'm able to be during client meetings with Jump. I appreciate the specific features like syncing up to the CRM and generating client recap emails, which are the ones I use the most.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

One issue would be just with the syncing with our CRM. Right now, if I wanna sync a task to somebody, it saves it to the name, not the relationship in our CRM Salesforce. So essentially what I have to do is go back into our CRM and redo the tasks or reassign them or modify them in a way. So it's not as seamless as I'd like it to be with our CRM. And that's probably the biggest one at this point here.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump solves my time crunch after meetings by automating note-taking and generating client recap emails, syncing to Salesforce, and organizing tasks. It lets me be more focused in meetings, knowing it's capturing everything in the background.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Jump. We're pleased to hear that the specific features like CRM syncing and client recap emails are making a positive impact on your efficiency. We would love to learn more about your issues with your CRM sync and see where we can help. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to schedule time with our product specialists.

 ### 34. Customizable and Constantly Improving, with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I like how customizable Jump is and how it seems to continually improve by adding features that impress on a weekly or monthly basis. I appreciate that I can tailor my meeting notes to match my style of thinking and writing. The initial setup of Jump was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I think the pre-meeting prep has a long way to come. It only can give you as much as it's given with prior CRM notes, so I think after a few years it will get better, but I never really read the prep as it doesn't give me what I need. I also think the recap emails aren't the best yet either. I'd like to see more 'human' language in the recap emails and a little more detail but only on the things clients care about - which isn't really much to do with the specifics of investments. I think the pre-meeting prep could give better to dos or things that were discussed at the last meeting.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump saves me 20 minutes after meetings with organized notes, and I love how I can tailor them to my style. Its customizability and frequent feature improvements keep it valuable.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback on Jump's customizability and continuous improvements. We would love to show you what we are working on with pre-meeting prep and get your feedback. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to book some time with our team.

 ### 35. Efficient CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I like the integration with Redtail because it saves me a lot of time. Jump automatically creates tasks and eliminates the need for me to manually create them myself. This automation is great because I don't have to think about what I did for the client or create tasks, as Jump handles that for me. This integration really creates efficiencies and makes my workflow more efficient. Additionally, the initial setup of Jump was fairly easy with the help of the Jump team.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I think customizing the output for estate planning questions or any other customization is too difficult, and requires Jump's team to help. In addition, creating tasks for joint couples for two people at a meeting instead of combining it into a single task for both creates separate tasks.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump provides additional input efficiencies and integrates with Redtail, eliminating manual task creation. It saves me a lot of time by automating the process of creating tasks based on what I did for clients.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're glad to hear that you are finding Jump's integration with Redtail to be a time-saving feature. We appreciate your feedback on the customization and task creation process, and would love to hear more feedback in detail. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to book time to connect with our team. Thank you for your thoughtful feedback!

 ### 36. Focus more on running meetings, not writing them down

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Jump takes the pen out of my hand in meetings so I can fully focus on the discussion and being present knowing that the notes will be handled along with follow up items.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

While it does integrate with our CRM, there is still a bit of a process to make sure the notes are linked to the correct client contact. That can be a little bit of a pain, but they have been working on improving it.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump solves the problem of missing follow up and other items during our meetings. It gives me a great breakdown of the meeting and who is responsible for different follow up items.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> It's great to hear that Jump is solving the problem of missing follow-up items during your meetings. We would love to help optimize your processes where we can. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to book some time to connect with our product specialists.

 ### 37. Great Transcripts & Recaps

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

That it transcribes, records, and sends a recap to you and preview of the meeting

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

Somehow I have two emails coming about each meeting both pre-meeting and post-meeting that is quite obnoxious. Would also be nice if the post meeting notes that come out about the meeting were after I or other advisor had made their revisions

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump does solve the problem of having to remember all details of a meeting by creating a summary and what it believes to be actionable items. i find the search of the meeting incredibly helpful when trying to determine next steps or need to investigate something that came up in the meeting

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We would love to see where we can be of assistance with pre- and post-meeting emails. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to connect with our team. We are glad that you're finding Jump to be useful for your business.

Jump is great because it is super specific to our financial advisory industry and is very easy to use and understand. The ai picks up on things that really help us be able to keep track of our client meetings in a great way and the integration directly into our CRM is fantastically hepful.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

Sometimes I think it can be a bit tricky tog et your meeting to actually process, and this is very rare that this happens but sometimes it does not happen right away and wont tell you why it isnt processing

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

note taking has become incredibly easy along with email follow ups

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Jump is making tracking client meetings and integrating with your CRM so seamless for you. We appreciate your feedback and are constantly working to improve our platform's performance.

 ### 40. Efficient, Easy Setup But Recent Update Hinders Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin D. | VITAL Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I appreciate Jump for its ease of use, quick implementation, and great customer service. The setup process was incredibly easy, especially with their support in getting our team set up with separate accounts. Jump saves me time by taking detailed notes, summarizing meetings, creating pre-meeting agendas, sending post-meeting emails, and allowing me to search transcripts and ask questions through the Notetaker.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The most recent update for recording meetings via phone is incredibly cumbersome and difficult to implement.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump saves time by taking detailed notes, summarizing, creating pre-meeting agendas, post-meeting emails, and allows me to search transcripts and ask questions of the Notetaker.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

I like how smart Jump is and how well it captures our notes, really getting most of the notes without error. There's not a lot of errors that I have to fix when reviewing the notes and syncing the tasks to our CRM, which saves us a lot of time. Getting logged in and everything was easy, and Jump was pretty helpful in calls and helping us get set up.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like Jump because it accurately captures our notes with minimal errors, saving us a lot of time when syncing tasks to our CRM.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

 ### 42. Easy to Use and Reliable with Few Mistakes. Works in the background.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Ease of use, and does not have many mistakes.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I wish it would just work when I need it to work, and not have me start it at a meeting, just like it is automatically there during Zoom/Teams.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can stay engaged with my client or prospect with out taking notes and breaking from the conversation to make sure I heard them correctly.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that Jump is helping you stay engaged with your clients and prospects. Our team would love to help with setting up Jump to automatically start at all meetings. Please reach out to help@jumpapp.com to connect. Thanks for sharing your experience!

 ### 43. Accurate Meeting Notes That Save Time and Keep Me Focused on Clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles A. | Wealth Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Saves a ton of time capturing meeting notes that are way more accurate than trying to remember everything. Also allows me to pay more attention to my clients rather than scribbling notes the whole meeting.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

It would be nice if it automatically added the notes to our CRM, but I understand that sometimes we need to edit the AI notes.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> We appreciate your feedback about Jump and are thrilled to hear it's making a positive impact on your productivity. Thank you for your support!

 ### 44. Clear, Concise Recaps That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

The time savings are very valuable. The notes are clear and concise, and I usually receive a fully formatted recap with follow-ups about 2–3 minutes after my meeting. It’s also great for those on the go.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

Doesn't always fully integrate with other programs if your product admins won't fully allow the integration (ex: salesforce) so check with your administrator. Otherwise, it is easy to copy and paste notes.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I am in the car on a call, it is taking full notes for me allowing me to drive safely and know I am not missing any fine details.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jump! We appreciate your feedback and are committed to providing a seamless integration with other programs. We're thrilled to hear that Jump is helping you stay productive while on the go.

Setting up Jump was very easy for me, despite a few bumps along the way.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

I feel the help desk needs a much more in-depth response.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump saves me a lot of time by keeping me on track and reminding me of critical meeting topics and client discussions.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

Sometimes I will get disconnected from one of my other programs that are integrated with Jump and I have trouble reconnecting.

 ### 47. AI Notes That Save Time and Add Helpful Detail

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

The AI notes feature is very useful and saves me a lot of time. It adds helpful detail, and when I request that the notes be reprocessed, the updated version is usually detailed as well.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

The constant updates of the software. When the layout of the user interface and functionality changes so much it makes it harder to use and most of the time it just makes it worse in terms of processing notes.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time with notetaking for client meetings and keeping track of details in the meetings that could potentially be missed.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you find the AI notes feature in Jump useful and time-saving. We understand your concerns about the frequent software updates affecting the user interface and note processing. We value your input and will take it into consideration for future updates to ensure a seamless experience for our users. We're glad to hear that Jump is helping you save time with note-taking and improving your efficiency in client meetings. If you have any specific suggestions or encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist you and ensure you have a great experience with Jump.

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

Jump allows me to concentrate more on the client experience and not worry about missing a note or something important in the client’s plan. I also really appreciate being able to search through prior meetings to quickly find the information I need.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

Changing the activity owner can be difficult, because that section of the screen sometimes doesn’t scroll far enough down to let me reach it.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jump is improving our organization and our follow-up with clients. It also helps us onboard clients and process their needs faster, which makes our overall workflow smoother.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan M. | Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jump?**

It remembers small details like what the client likes to do or names of pets and things like that.

**What do you dislike about Jump?**

Sometimes it does too much on the default. I know it can be customized, but that takes time.

**What problems is Jump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping with meeting prep and tasks after a meeting. Also, saves time by pushing it straight to Redtail.

**Official Response from Jamie Gottlieb:**
