At my firm, we do a lot of teamwork, and Redtail allowed that to function smoothly. The price was also cheap because we are such a small company. **What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?** We did not like the look of Redtail, the interface was outdated. We also could not integrate a lot of the other platforms we use to Redtail. There was also no AI integrations that could speed up our work. **What problems is Redtail Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Redtail was solving the problem of calendar performance. We were able to see where we needed to be and when. ### 2. Suggest a feature has items under consideration for 5+years with no movement. Not refinable other than adding numerous User Defined Fields that can't be sorted or filtered for a report **What problems is Redtail Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client notes and calendar ### 3. The appointment workflows feel clunky and not intuitive, and the calendar integrations are limited. There are no robust settings for automation or reminder workflows, which makes it difficult to streamline marketing processes or manage recurring campaigns.
