UPDATE: I've been using Question Pro for a year. The 24/7 customer support is the same high quality as it was when we first starting using the platform!

I'm relatively new to Question Pro. I am impressed with the quality of the support they have provided during my steep learning curve with the survey product.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

UPDATE: After a year, nothing's changed. We have no significant 'dislikes.'

I haven't encountered any major downsides. In a survey that I created I noticed that moving from one question to the next was slightly slow because the system was processing all the logic behind the question, I suppose. This is minor, though.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a need for a cost-effective and robust survey tool. QuestionPro has been the solution for us, a non-profit organization.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

I appreciate the great features of QuestionPro, which I found very helpful for researching gyms in Iceland. The software offers an easy-to-use interface that simplifies the distribution and analytical research processes. I really like the analytics feature that allows me to monitor the survey's progress while it is still published. This capability enables me to start planning and making necessary adjustments in real-time based on the data collected. Overall, my experience with QuestionPro has been very positive, and I would highly likely recommend it to others.

I found it challenging that I couldn't add matrix questions, which I needed for my work. Also, while I believe I could improve my experience with QuestionPro by getting the paid pack, budget constraints have made it difficult to justify the upgrade beyond the trial version.

I genuinely appreciate the friendly and engaging panel that QuestionPro offers, making every interaction feel pleasantly personal, as if I’ve known the person for a long time. I loved this aspect of human connection on the platform. Additionally, the feature Zoom is incredibly user-friendly for me, allowing seamless usage due to my prior experience with it, making my tasks straightforward. The platform as a whole really resonates with me as everything about it worked perfectly without any issues. The initial setup process was remarkably straightforward, as it was designed step by step ensuring that there was no hassle in getting started. I find it very easy to create new surveys with QuestionPro. It's easy to sort the data and pull out the information we need. It's also very functional for our purposes and there's no additional feature we require from it. The initial setup was very easy as well.

There is nothing we dislike at this time; it serves our needs perfectly.

I use QuestionPro for participant surveys. It solves problems like tracking participant growth and comparing different cohorts and years. I like that it's easy to create surveys and sort data to extract needed information.

I like how easy it is to copy and reuse questions and surveys. I utilize the product to collect information year over year, and that makes it so much easier than having to rebuild it every time.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

We use word limits on our essay answers, and it would be easier to have those typed (or copied and pasted) directly into the system instead of uploading them. Then we could download a PDF of each survey respondent's answers in a single packet, versus having the applicant upload multiple documents and then us having to download them.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single spot to collect application submissions versus using email submission and having to keep up with emails going back and forth.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

Question types are numerous and analyses are plentiful with complex multivariate procedures included. Reports are of many varied types and professional lookong.
Various, easy to use, modules provide comprehensive tools to allow sophisticated survey methodologies. Customer support is also excellent so users are able to take advantage of the powerful software. 
I've tried competitive software and I found QuestionPro more user friendly and comprehensive in terms of survey question type offerings.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

There is nothing to dislike. After a little learning curve, surveys are easily created and disseminated. There is nothing to significant to improve. QuestionPro works towad regularly improving its offerings and capabilities. It is resting on its accomplishmnets, but improvng over time. It is such a  powerful and easy tool to use that there is nothing to dislike.

It is a powerful, comprehensive tool for data collection and analytics.

We are able to survey our membership easily and quickly, resulting in critical feedback with which to make improvements and meet the needs of our congregation. Our membership appreciates reaching out to them.
Our information needs change over time and the QPro survey modules are able to accommodate the types of questions needed and the response categories that make it easy for our congregnts to provide information. As a result, we get back more responses and of greater quality and meaningfulness.

QuestionPro has proven to be an excellent tool for creating and managing surveys. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to design questionnaires quickly, even for staff with limited technical knowledge. I personally liked the blue pie charts that are displayed and something i found hard is being able to export all of the data all at once with that same chart that is displayed on the question pro. When you export you get mostly bar charts which i do not like and they are alot of different colors. Unless i have not found out how to do it which is probably something they should fix so it can be more user friendly.

Additionally, the absence of a credit system in their pricing model significantly eases administrative burdens for me. The ease of getting started with the platform was fantastic; the account reps and tech reps provided excellent training that allowed me to swiftly begin using the platform. Their continued support has been invaluable—every query I had was addressed promptly with easy-to-understand help, particularly for custom variables and programming logic. QuestionPro's ability to enable fast fielding of surveys means I can deliver actionable insights quickly, impacting my work efficiency positively. Programming surveys is incredibly easy and user-friendly, as I can quickly save frequently used questions, which streamlines the process further. Their wide range of question types, like thumbs up/down and star ratings, keeps my surveys engaging, which is a wonderful benefit. Furthermore, renewing the service was a given due to the reasonable pricing, and the prepaid system for samples efficiently saves money and reduces administrative tasks. I would like the ability to launch a general population study myself when I am ready, rather than having to wait for the team at QuestionPro to launch it. While I can do this with customer lists, I currently don't have this option with panel samples, which I would appreciate since I am often in a rush.

I wish I could schedule the reminder about a survey as the same time I'm scheduling a survey to be sent out. I ended up having to log back in multiple times when really I wish I could schedule the survey to be sent out AND the reminder.

I noticed a few issues with the “choice” and “other” options. The system doesn’t allow you to add an open-ended question after selecting them.

How flexible it is. Questionnaires can be multiple choice, fill in the blank, true/false or a combination of these. Very easy to set up questionnaire. It makes focus group feedback easy. And it's free for non-profit organizations.

There are no downsides. Honestly can't think of negatives about QuestionPro.

There's not much to find fault with. The one thing that would help us is being allowed multiple logins.

It's really user friendly. As someone who used to be intimidated by the data analysis portion of quantitative work, QuestionPro has made it easy to understand - from crosstabs to custom variables, everything is easy to navigate and explain to others who might be starting out. Customer service is also unmatched - I love working with our rep who is always quick and available whenever I have questoins.

There are some random funky platform bugs that can be irritating, but nothing detrimental to my work once I know what the workaround is.

Being easily to work with panel providers is a must, and QuestionPro has made that easy. Plus, again, the data analysis function is very easy to understand and makes it much less intimidating than other platforms I have worked with before.

We had some problems when we switched from Qualtrics in moving our data. QPro's integration only sort of works and it's easier to do things manually.

I complained and showed them how ineffective the process is, so I'm hopeful it'll be fixed. To their credit, they are great listeners!

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

 QuestionPro is a useful, well polished (and mature) product. It's very customizable for surveys - each question can be customized to present the user with the most concise options. Branching logic means that irrelevant sections can be skipped for particular users based on responses, making for a more concise user experience and better completion rate. Also, the ability to validate responses for participants by a number of different methods (code/email/etc) is vital to our particular use case. QuestionPro has been vital in rapidly deploying feedback surveys, detailed questionaires, and even voting ballots. Once you know how to work with it, there's a whole host of ways it can be useful. We've only had a couple of times where we've used their customer support, but it's been top notch each time - not only did they fix my issue, but I was left with a clear understanding of how to avoid the issue in the future.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Licensing - they've been very gracious in giving us a discount for nonprofit use, but it does require some additional, cumbersome steps to implement.

**Recommendations to others considering QuestionPro:**

This is a power tool, with additional features above what Google Forms (or other similar products) have. The number of options available does mean that you should do a practice poll for each unique setup, to make sure you have tweaked it to your needs.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Both informal surveys and formal polls, where the need to ascertain valid responses is critical. We've used its featureset, both on its own and integrated with other virtual meeting partners. We can import their credentials into QuestionPro so that our participants don't have to manage different credentials to attend and to vote.
