**What do you like best about WordFly?**

This is an email marketing platform that offers a high level of control. It integrates seamlessly with my system, ensuring that my CRM always has access to important data, such as signups and survey responses—there’s no risk of my customer information being held hostage. The help documentation is excellent, providing clear guidance on technically complex topics like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as tips for optimizing email health and sender rep. I'm glad that it was my first SQL integration as it was an easy start with a lot of guidance. I also appreciate their extensive library of community webinars, which inspire new ideas. The WordFly strength in the Arts and Culture community is strong so you can always get support. The are very well priced and we moved SMS over as soon as we could.  That was a key integration as you need quick hands when it comes to urgent updates that SMS is great for.  Additionally, I know the WordFly team personally and trust them to always be clear, direct, and honest with me.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

Like any email platform it can be a lot to take in at first.  Luckily, they have an engaged community and a ton of resources to help.

**What problems is WordFly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation that WordFly provides allows my extremely overworked team to concentrate on what they do best—serving our customers. By combining automation with personalisation, our communications never come across as robotic. WordFly Pages enables us to use actionable data, which has significantly reduced our need for custom integrations. This also helps us keep our customers engaged with us, rather than losing them to other fragmented channels.

**What do you like best about WordFly?**

Nothing; there is nothing good about this program.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

Where do I start? There is no autosave so if you lose connectivity or accidentally close your window, everything is gone. There is no "undo" button so if you delete something, you have to start all over again. You can't resize photos by dragging; you have to go into a separate area and continually adjust margins to get the right fit/location. Creating blocks isn't easy and it's even harder to get the placement right. Even when you THINK you have it right, it looks wrong when sent or in a preview. Everyone in our office that uses it, hates it. I dread having to send e-mails! Writing in a separate "writing" pane and watching it appear on the viewing pane right beside is annoying; just use one pane/window! I guarantee that no one from "wordfly' actually used this. If they did, they'd know that hubspot, constant contanct, mail chimp or ANY other customer relationship software is better and more user-friendly than Wordfly. BTW, we were forced to used this program because we had to get a new ticketing program, Tessitura, that is EQUALLY horrible and un-user-friendly, and they "sync up" together (they sort-of do... its very annoying to get them to work together). Have I said enough yet about how horrible this program is?????

None; they clearly don't use their program. If they did, they'd scrap it and go back to the drawing board. And good luck trying to contact them. They've tweeted twice this year, don't reply to messages and good luck trying to find their contact information on their website; it's buried there somewhere I'm sure....

I doesnt like it much.but it comes handy for ecommerce and my retail business.

They are much alike their competitors and thus reducing the chance to stand out.

I personally liked the Responsive Email Designing. I would always find it hard to find the best email format that would be eye catching across all devices. I wouldn't always find the perfect fit. But with wordfly, Iove it.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

I didn't like the website honestly. The UI and UX. The website on my mobile device is not eye catching. It can be much better.

I work with Email Marketing. 
Wordfly has been a saviour lately.

I love the fact that you don't have to know much or any code at all. The editor allows you to embed video, resize images, and send professional emails without any help from creative designers since you can do it all yourself with Wordfly.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

There really isn't anything I don't dislike with WodFly. It's a fabulous tool for email marketing and the analytics are great too.

**What problems is WordFly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating professional email marketing campaigns without the use of a creative department to resize images or coders for  videos, etc.

I can customize email,sms campaigns, satisfaction surveys and create forms on the fly. Very simple to use and integrate into my operation.

Deeper analytics for user environments and engagement. More platforms for use would make this stronger.

I've created simple surveys and gotten quick responses. This did help me generate quick outreach and connection.

What I like most about Wordfly is both the ease of use and intuitive design. Compared to competitor messaging software, Wordfly provided best-in-class useability and service.

I would simplify much of the platform. Several service pages are slightly cumbersome and busy.

Worldfly has aided me in project management efficiency. Tasks are streamlined and all parties involved are more productive as a result. This has lead to increased business ROI.

WordFly maintains positive qualities that exercise an adequate work in the systematic installations in which the software is integrated, one of these references of great importance, is that it occupies a great part of the options of use to implement abilities to expand widely the offers, services and products that any company can acquire in its disposition, in short it is necessary to emphasize in a more direct way, it is that this system has different ways to take advantage to generate more income and thus to be able to reach more people at the same time, and to distribute equitable information at world-wide level by means of this excellent server based on marketing.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

WordFly lacks information about its work performance, that is to say, it does not offer outstanding news about its operations in any company, its way of projecting an effective ability to acquire operators and promote its systems in an extensive network is not complex, being a quite significant disadvantage, which makes the considerable options of this software or rather as conditions and services unstable and unreliable.

It is ideal for organizations that maintain a website, based on the sales of their products, because this software will help them create campaigns of their services and offers, through different communication media, either by SMS or email at a massive level, to carry out the area of sales in a fast and agile way, creating different events that benefit both their customers and the organization that has, due to the valuable information that can get and be reused for other similar cases, being a peculiar and interesting system, which enters the recommended fields in these merits based on trade.

**What problems is WordFly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we use this system in one of our departments that are specifically dedicated to commercial sales, or rather the area of digital marketing, we use it because it presents different ways to perform marketing operations and thus get to confirm more frequently the sales of products we purchase, either by email, create and launch special campaigns of great importance through SMS, conduct surveys of the services we offer and at the same time obtain additional information and among other features that help us increase their productivity and collaboration in the teams of labor movements that we have.

I have never had a good experience with their support/customer service.

Automated event reminders, and post-event thank you (with survey.) Helped cut down on manual communications to patrons.

Their Pricing is Good and the best part is you only for what you send and nothing more.

Not sure about that but will always love it over Mailchimp

**What do you like best about WordFly?**

Your user interface is very comfortable, and besides entering your contacts or potential interest in your products, it is very easy to do what will allow you to share different campaigns with different clients accurately. When you ensure everything is in order to send the emails, you can constantly monitor these emails and the interaction they receive. Mailchimp will be responsible for informing you who and how many people viewed the information, sometimes saw the link, and when clients ignored the email.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

It's a bit difficult to customize to your liking. It's much more organized than MailChimp. However, I appreciate the clean and "rigid" format it provides.

**Recommendations to others considering WordFly:**

WordFly does not have ads, which is a great advantage, because I feel that now programs spam their logos everywhere and in places where they are not needed, and WordFly does not do this to you.

**What problems is WordFly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits would include editing HTML code, as well as the text converter. They have spam tests throughout the program. I like that you can view the inbox from several different perspectives.

Sometimes WordFly lags a little bit or is slow to load, but that could be just general internet connections issues.

**What do you like best about WordFly?**

It’s a great way to mass email a message via our marketing and development department. Whether it’s to inform about shows or our annual campaigns, it's an easy way to send something out that looks really put together. It's a lot more organizational friendly than MailChimp. MailChimp is for smaller organizations in my eyes and I feel like WordFly, as we work with it through Tessitura, is better for our larger scale organization.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

It is a bit hard to customize in your own way. It's way more organized than MailChimp, but that leaves you with not much "free" control that you can have. Though, I appreciate its neat and 'rigid' format that it provides! Sometimes it is a bit hard to work with companies logos and addressing them correctly for our event invites. They look disproportionate via mobile view and it's tricky to get them aligned correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering WordFly:**

If you work at a large organization, I would recommend you to use WordFly. Lots of more options than the other mass mail services. Especially if you use Tessitura, it's a great way to link all your contact information for the mass mailing.

**What problems is WordFly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we need to mass email 2,000+ patrons and we can do it all at once with WordFly. We benefit from the stats that WordFly gives us (bounce backs, who opened, who clicked, who looked at the whole email, etc) and we take those stats into consideration for our next email.

Wordfly let's me use dynamic content to display text, images, or other elements based on our customer's interests, actions, or location. It's much more personalized so the customer feels like we are taking more individualized time to get to know their likes and needs.

Not a huge fan of the layout to be honest 

**Recommendations to others considering WordFly:**

WordFly does not have any ads which is a huge plus because I feel like programs now spam their logo all over and it's in places that they aren't necessary and wordfly doesn't do that to you.

No problems. Benefits would include HTML code editing, as well as to text converter. They have spam testing throughout the program. I like that you can preview the inbox from several different outlooks

It integrates with our ticketing system, many other email service providers do not. It's also fairly simple to use.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

It could be more streamlined. The process for us to access and edit subscribers isn't intuitive. It could be because of the integration with our ticketing system though.

You can build emails using either WYSIWYG or HTML.

We use Wordfly to email subscribers for our weekly email, promotional emails, and announcements.

I wish we could have multiple browsers. There are too many bugs - sometime the text looks really big in editor or the color doesn't appear right in an email.

It's good but has more options for customization which inherently makes it less user-friendly.

Mailchimp shut down our account because we were creating new lists for invitations. Wordfly makes this easier.

**What do you like best about WordFly?**

The layout looks clean. Using it is somewhat intuitive after the completing initial setup and templates. The social icons are nice. Ability to copy templates is helpful. The drag and drop feature is a nice start.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

Requires coding knowledge may discourage beginner users. The HTML and CSS elements require finessing and seem to get jumbled up easily.

**Recommendations to others considering WordFly:**

Try it out before you commit.

**What problems is WordFly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WordFly syncs with Tessitura, our CRM. We use it for email blasts, auto membership renewal notifications, and donation receipts. Aside from the automation, the ability to create email lists out of the CRM is helpful.

**What do you like best about WordFly?**

The team cares about the users and the product. In that order, I believe.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

I find some difficulty attempting to find meaningful fault. WordFly does increment through their product and its progress. That comes with trade-offs, as all actions do. Our company is in a similar position, so I find these increments, progressions and opportunity costs to all be acceptable. 

**What problems is WordFly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first business problem was affordable email sending services. The rest have been centered around making a non-Tessitura client have easier integrations and interactions with the service. We have massive lists and work with WordFly to optimize their flow.

Wordfly is easy to use, continually developed with new features, they run excellent customer service and are generally a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about WordFly?**

The Pages feature roll out was much delayed and the implementation could offer more examples (eg. sample code for special activities, elevated events etc)

Easy to use, affordable, continually updated.

I like that you can easily switch between the mobile and desktop views of your campaign.

There may be some limitations of a user does not know how to code, which can be problematic.

We are using this product to create and manage our email and social media marketing campaigns.  It has streamlined our process a lot.
