**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

We have a large and complex network of members, users and customers, all of whom have different needs and levels of tech-savvy. QuestionPro has allowed us to develop services to meet the needs of each unique audience. In this data-driven world, it is so critical to have quantifiable data, and QuestionPro allows us to collect meaningful feedback and datapoints and share them easily with our constituents.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

As an arts nonprofit, visual culture is very important to us. I wish that we had a few more options for customizing the look of our surveys, but they still meet our needs very well. 

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to be able to design complex surveys that users can reply to quickly and easily. We need to be able to have different questions pop up based on user responses and QuestionPro makes that easy!

The tools provided made it incredibly easy to design, distribute, and execute both surveys and participatory workshops efficiently. The biggest value add was its ability to seamlessly centralize and unify all the collected data into one accessible place. This eliminated manual errors, saved countless hours, and provided us with a clear, single source of truth for our analysis

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

With a vast array of templates, QuestionPro makes it easy to create surveys right out of the gate.  This is essential for small office staff.  From meeting satisfaction to polling, QuestionPro allows us to get immediate feedback from our graduates. The share results link for survey responses is important to sharing information to our Board, with easy to read graphs.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

There really isn't anything to dislike about QuestionPro.  With great customer service, a vast array of tools, they are the best in the business. Their non-profit licensing cannot be matched.

**Recommendations to others considering QuestionPro:**

QuestionPro is an easy to use survey and polling system for all types of businesses, but for a small non-profit it is essential.  We were able to start our surveys from day one and have never even considered using another product.  From their ease of use to their customer service, QuestionPro is vital to our business.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because we have a small office staff, the ease of QuestionPro is vital.  We are able to create surveys onsite during our programs and get immediate feedback from our attendees.  As a company that relies on participant satisfaction, QuestionPro allows us to get the information we need to pivot for the next meeting.

The only real drawback for me is that the number of available surveys feels a bit limited.

it seems to be 'tempermental' when i'm running reports at tehend of each quarter it's very slow and at times just stops running the PDFs and i can't finish up my reports till later in the day or sometimes the next day

before migration with teh state QPro we could not mass distribute emails, so i had to send out 100 individual emails.

What I appreciate most is the ability to customize surveys to meet our specific needs. The ease with which we can share the surveys. The data reports are great. For years, Questionpro has been a valuable tool for our nonprofit, enabling us to assess the needs of our community.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

As a non-profit, there's nothing to dislike. It's hard to dislike a company that supports organizations doing community work. We continue to benefit from the support of Questionpro.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know about the problems question pro needs to work on but what I will say is when we have support needs they're addressed quickly. Each time we have a question about process they quickly respond and address our concerns.

I like that Questionpro is user friendly and ease of implementation into our workflow. It has been easy to use as easy to send out. We typically use the system to send to our overseas vendors, and it is easy for them to understand.

I don't love that if I try to search for a survey in my organization I am unable to find it. I need the owner to share it with me, I wish we could have multiple owners.

This helps to aid with any language barriers we may have with our overseas vendors, as this system is truly so easy to use.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

It is easy to use and provides analytics for every survey without having to create them elsewhere. It is offered free for non-profits!

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The free for non-profits used to have very limited barrier to entry. Now, there are a lot of steps, including me forcing connections to other non-profits for them, that are turning me off. I recommend the QuestionPro heavily (to nonprofits and corporations), but I am very turned off by giving my contacts to QP.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We regularly host events and provide technical assistance to Tribal child care programs. QuestionPro allows us to easily collect evaluations and feedback, as well as gather important information from our constituents. Having a streamlined way to capture and analyze this data helps us improve our services, understand the needs of our community, and make more informed decisions.

We especially appreciate the analytics component, which features nice graphics and helpful dashboards that summarize and update data in real-time.

We can't think of much that we dislike about QuestionPro. As a nonprofit with limited bandwidth, we need a no-frills program that captures and analyzes survey data easily and accurately—QuestionPro has been a good solution for this.

QuestionPro has provided our organization with a great survey alternative to Survey Monkey! It is easy to use, has excellent features, to include multilingual capabilities, and the look/style is sleek.

QuestionPro has a number of useful features that are only accessible with upgraded accounts; specifically some of the data analysis tools.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

Building surveys, integrating them with our customer emails, and exporting the data into a spreadsheet is made as easy as it can be. The data we gather from our patrons is invaluable to helping us shape the direction of our company. We use this nearly every few weeks, so reliability is important, too. Never seen my survey pages go down with 300 or 400 errors. Excellent service.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I wish there were a few more options when it comes to building particular question types, like being able to easily make a single question that uses radial buttons as well as enterable fields. But that is easy to work around by building separate questions or simply rephrasing your queries.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting honest customer feedback can be difficult when doing it face to face or immediately, so giving our audience members the opportunity to think about their experience and respond thoughtfuly is the best way to get their insight on what was good, bad, etc. about their time with us. We use this data to guide our future show selection, performance dates, and more.

QuestionPro is relatively easy to use and offers great flexibility in question design and reporting options.  The one time that I had a question, the online customer support was very responsive.

We have not yet encountered any problems in using QuestionPro although our usage has been fairly minimal at this point.

The Paramedic Foundation uses QuestionPro software primarily to survey paramedics and paramedic services. The flexibility and features are most important to us, and QuestionPro delivers.

We have no dislikes, the product performs to our use cases.

We usually conduct surveys on behalf of state agencies and primarily focus on rural paramedics and paramedic services. The results build a work plan over a year to several years.

Question Pro is a very easy to navigate platform and although there are a lot of intimidating features to play around with they aren't hard to figure out.It also easy to share with friends and collaborators and it updates fast and in real time.

There are lots of features which can be confusing to use at times but a quick tutorial or help google will help you get the hang of it.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

The interface is intuitive, and it offers a wide range of question types, logic tools, and reporting options. Great for academic and professional use cases

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Our team had a frustrating experience with QuestionPro during our second-year renewal. The sales representative acted in bad faith, attempting to raise our pricing by over 50%, despite our original contract including a 10% cap on price increases. This felt manipulative and not aligned with good customer relationships.

To make matters worse, we were not allowed to downgrade our plan — even though we no longer needed the full feature set — and were blocked from downloading our data unless we renewed at the inflated rate. This effectively held our survey data hostage, which is unacceptable for any research platform.

We expected more transparency, flexibility, and professionalism from a company that deals with academic and enterprise research. Unfortunately, the experience left us questioning the integrity of the platform and its sales practices.

We liked that they supported nonprofit organizations.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

After using QuestionPro for awhile, they suddenly and without notice removed the ability to use their API.

We formerly used QuestionPro to evaluate our nonprofit's effectiveness. The benefits are being able to better understand how the people we serve use our program and to understand their thoughts and perspectives.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro has every methodology I need, including all the advanced pricing and choice modeling methodologies. You don’t have to pay extra to access those. Additionally, the turnaround time on my surveys using panel sample is lightning fast.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I don’t like waiting for someone at QP to launch my panel-sample surveys for me. Sometimes I’m in a hurry and wish I could launch by myself the way I do if I’m running my survey with a customer list.

I can easily program and run surveys. It’s fast and easy so survey work doesn’t take up too much of my time.

The User Interface is intuitive and easy to use  and this makes it easy to design your survey. 

It is also very to distribute your survey as the link and qr codes are automatically generated.  
 
The dashboard feature allows for meaningful real time analysis, the export data functions are excellent

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

There were some features under our licence that we could not use

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a lot of training and educational programmes both online and in person. We use questionpro to administer short surveys before and after each person takes the training. Using Questionpro it is easy to develop survey questions and distribute them. The dashboard function also makes it easy to read user sentiment in real time and this means that adjustments can be made to programmes in real time and on the fly.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro's wide range of features and ease of use enables our charity to run surveys that provide essential feedback about the services and support we provide.  Their nonprofit waiver for charities is a massive benefit for our charity as our use is occasional but allows us to access advanced features that we don't have the financial resources to access otherwise. Customer support has always been responsive and helpful when needed.

There are a couple features that would help us for GDPR purposes as a charity which are only available in the research edition.

We need advanced features for our once a year service user survey which provides critical feedback on our services and our impact.

QuestionPro's options for all of the question types are what I like best about the website/software.

I dislike the lack of option to share the QuestionPro creative process with a team. What I mean by this is not being able to share the production process with a group/team nor the option to add others on it to see what feedback is being given.

I'm not sure about what QuestionPro is solving nor how it benefits me.

It uses friendly interface which can be easily used by its users.
It allows for multiple distribution channels making it highly efficient.
I also like its customization options

Although QuestionPro has very good features, it also has its own downsides which include but not limited to the following:
Its pricing structures are sometimes expensive for some users.
It also requires internet connection which may be costly.
There is also limited customization

The CEO is one of the original developer partners from Qualtrics, and he builds his product to be better than any of his competition. He wants his 500-person (well-staffed) team to build the best product out there, and he's always updating and improving his product. I haven't seen anything to dislike so far. Less expensive than all the competitors, more transparency, more options, it's easy to start using, it integrates with everything, I've implemented QuestionPro at every company that I manage, and we use it daily, weekly, and monthly for various data collection, analytics, and reporting responsibilities. I use it for my businesses and for the nonprofits I run. I recommend it to every C-level and Director-level decision-maker I talk to.

QuestionPro is our go-to to keep our tours fresh and meaningful.  It's really, really easy to set up a great survey in just moments.  When or if you have issues, their customer support team is just a chat away.

QP makes it easy for our Tour Guests at Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights to let us know how we are doing.  With just a quick click of the QR code.  We have thousands of people touring each week that use this survey every day and so this survey is important to us.  It is easily posted in key areas for guests to use and is integrated into our tours, as well.

They need referrals for the nonprofit to renew - that is not always possible.

Having used mail chimp pro for many years, I was getting ready for another program where creating surveys with logic is close to impossible.  I was so impressed with how easy an intuitive the user interface was.  It was so much faster to program in my survey with a few different decision trees.  The survey results are also presented in a way that is easy to analyze and share with others.

I really like the survey design and data analysis features of QuestionPro. The survey design section offers a wide variety of question types and a vast array of templates, allowing me to quickly build professional surveys without the hassle of starting from scratch. The data analysis part is also excellent, with real-time dashboards that present data intuitively, making it easy to spot key information at a glance and helping me make quick decisions. These two features are incredibly useful. Its analysis capabilities also help me understand market trends and user needs, enabling me to make better decisions and improve products or services.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro has some areas that are not very user-friendly. The interface occasionally lags, especially when the survey design is complex or when multiple functions are being used simultaneously, which quite affects efficiency. Also, although there are many templates, there aren't enough templates for in-depth research in certain specific industries, requiring significant modifications. Additionally, the advanced data analysis features are not very beginner-friendly; for example, complex cross-analysis has a high learning curve. It would be better if there were more understandable guides.
