Question Pro is the most affordable platform with the most features and ability to connect to the Google workspace ecosystem outside of proper nonprofit/open source software such as Kobo toolbox. The best parts about QuestionPro are the price point, an ability to have "seats" for our entire team, and a high number of survey responses allotted per year. Help articles on website are disorganized and sometimes inaccurate. There is not a strong user support community like competitors. We have had problems with customer service; notably being erroneously charged and a delayed refund. We have purchased custom services that have not been delivered on time.
