**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

I really like the survey design and data analysis features of QuestionPro. The survey design section offers a wide variety of question types and a vast array of templates, allowing me to quickly build professional surveys without the hassle of starting from scratch. The data analysis part is also excellent, with real-time dashboards that present data intuitively, making it easy to spot key information at a glance and helping me make quick decisions. These two features are incredibly useful. Its analysis capabilities also help me understand market trends and user needs, enabling me to make better decisions and improve products or services.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro has some areas that are not very user-friendly. The interface occasionally lags, especially when the survey design is complex or when multiple functions are being used simultaneously, which quite affects efficiency. Also, although there are many templates, there aren't enough templates for in-depth research in certain specific industries, requiring significant modifications. Additionally, the advanced data analysis features are not very beginner-friendly; for example, complex cross-analysis has a high learning curve. It would be better if there were more understandable guides.

I use QuestionPro to quickly create professional surveys, solving the challenges of survey design. It can send surveys to different groups, making it easy to collect multilingual feedback. The data analysis feature transforms data into visible charts, helping me understand market dynamics and user needs, and improve products and services.

QuestionPro makes it easy to design your questionnaires, with many formats, question styles and answer options. You can truly create a questionnaire that will provide you with good data for analysis. The opportunity to brand the questionnaires is also a great benefit.

Based on our usage of QuestionPro, we did not find anything to dislike.

QuestionPro offers a wide range of features that are incredibly useful for non-profits like ours. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for those without technical backgrounds. We particularly value the logic options, customizable templates, and the ability to export data in different formats.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

While the platform overall is excellent, some advanced customization features (like design/layout controls) can be limited unless you’re on a paid plan. Also, occasional interface changes can be a bit confusing until you get used to them. That said, support materials are helpful when needed.

As a non-profit, we need a cost-effective, user-friendly survey tool to collect feedback from program participants, volunteers, and stakeholders.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro is a robust and powerful survey tool. It has numerous advanced question types including conjoint and maxdiff, allows for advanced skip and branching logic, and has built-in tools to flag and review poor quality or fraudalent responses. 

Some of my favorite features are the auto-focus mode on matri questions and ease of creating stunning dashboard using the BI visualization tool. I also love that we have a dedicated customer support manager who we can reach out to directly when we need assistance and send feedback for product enhancements, bugs. etc. The price is also significantly less than what we were paying for Qualtrics, and it appears to be designed for research agencies like ours rather than corporate enterprise users.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

We've come across a few minor things that QuestionPro can't do that I hope get added to the product soon. For example, you currently cannot view custom variables in the topline, crosstabs, or BI dashboard. We like to use custom variables when possible to pipe in known customer data to reduce the number of questions we have to ask and to assign geographic markets when respondents enter their zip code, but we can't display these results in the reporting tools.

QuestionPro enables us to collect the data and insights needed to inform our clients' business and marketing decisions. We're in the process of migrating all of our online surveys from Qualtrics to QuestionPro.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro is exactly the kind of tool I value—straightforward, effective, and customizable. It gave me full control to create a survey that wasn’t just generic but meaningful for what I wanted to accomplish. I appreciated how intuitive the setup process was, but also how it offered deeper features when I needed them.

The data collection and reporting tools stood out the most for me. Being able to see real-time responses and quickly pull actionable insights made the whole process feel smooth and efficient. I like tools that save time and let me focus on what’s important, and QuestionPro delivered on that.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The reporting tools are solid, but the visuals could use a boost. More dynamic or customizable charts and graphs would make presenting insights easier and more impactful.

We are always wanting to know the voice of our community, as a nonprofit, and questionpro helps us to do that.

It was the simplicity to create a survey which was the key to let me choose QuestionPro as my Feedback Terminal. 
I could easily generate a link which I also could control with accessebilities.
It was transparent and the GUI was easy to understand.

The analyzement with the free Version is detailed, but needs more data (Only 200 responses per survey).

As a nonprofit dedicated to bird conservation and supporting emerging conservationists, we  appreciate the tools QuestionPro offers. The platform is  user-friendly, which makes it easy for us to create surveys and we have been told it is also easy for our participants to complete them. We also value the various tools available for sharing our surveys.

We have used our account to conduct surveys, gather feedback which supports our research.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Needing to renew the license every year and losing access to our surveys when it expires is challenging. Sending an email notification an appropriate time before the expiration date would be helpful, allowing us to renew it without losing access to our data.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering community feedback is essential for us to understand how to better support people in our community in helping birds. We need tools that make it easier to connect with community members, gather insights to strengthen our impact.

Question Pro is a very useful tool to conduct surveys for stakeholders, local population, etc. to better assess which environmental education strategies would be more efficient to solve threats to birds, habitats and nature in general. It saves time, allows to organize information and does the first analysis of raw data.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Having to renew it annually and not having access to our surveys when it is expired. It would help if we could get an e-mail notice when the license is going to expire so we can renew it.

We use Question Pro to conduct awareness surveys for stakeholders and the local population on threats to birds and their habitats so we can adjust the awareness raising and environmental education actions that we organize.

I love the ease of the program. I love that I can create what I need to, and do it quickly to get it out quickly to my target audience. I don't have to worry aout clicking 100 extra steps, it's very easy to figure out for a first time user.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I wish that there was a way to see my past collaborations and answers and a way to just pay for one survey at a time. I don't have the need for a yearly subscription, but having an option to do one or two surveys would be nice.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used it for surveys, so for scheduling purposes mostly. I work with doctors so it's easy to create a survey that allows everyone to click on different time frames that work best for their own individual schedules rather than me having to do it one by one from another program.

QuestionPro's survey is easy to create. Our members found the survey easy to use to answer the questions.  The customer support is friendly and helpful. The variety of question options is very useful. The ability to upload pictures was a bonus.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The survey answers cannot be editted within QuestionPro. Therefore, multiple downloads to Excel results in propogating the mistakes made by the responders to the survey.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

We are a registered charity No1120551 in the UK and have used QuestionPro for several years, we are a carnival organisation and find the program invaluable for collating entries into our annual carnival saving paper and reducing postage.
We also use it for getting online feedback from people who attend our carnival or watch online it for a satisfaction survey after our carnival each year to explore where we can improve our event which we find very useful.
So whilst we in no way use all that it offers, it does offer us what we need, fairly easy to use and is very useful to our organisation.

We have not had many problems, once you grasp how it works at our level anyway! All good!

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

We switched from Qualtrics to QuestionPro and we are not missing any functionality for a better overall pricing fitted to our needs. I use QP weekly to run anything from simple feedback surveys to complex logic market studies. The depth of functionality within the Research suite is remarkable including filtered dashboards, correlation analysis, survey comparison etc. Implementing and connecting a surey to external panels and passing parameters went well, too.
CSM and Support teams are quick to respond and jump on a debug session to solve more complex cases we did for the first time (e.g. passing parameters to other systems etc.).

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

1. Paying for #users and not being able to add viewers to dashboards who can interact with the data. Only static dashboards can be shared.
2. Importing extra data is not very user friendly to a non technical user
3. Not easy to integrate in-app (in a software interface)

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a more advanced survey tool with more statistical analysis features. Easy to create filtered dashboards that make stakeholder management much easier.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

The surveys are all applicable to me, I don't have to fill out qualification questions only to get rejected without pay. The surveys are quick and interesting. The payout is instant and easy, and the minimum needed for payout is very low. They seem to respect and appreciate the time and opinions of the people they select for surveys.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I would like a lot more surveys! This platform is much more pleasant than others I've tried.

They've asked me to answer surveys about elections in my state. The surveys are applicable to me and relevant to what's happening in the real world. They're worth the time to do.

QuestionPro has been our survey tool for our NonProfit assocation.  It has provided us with the professional research tools to compete with other organizations and provide rich insights to our members

I've needed a researcher to help me with creating more extensive surveys...which really isn't a bad thing!

QuestionPro perfectly blends approachability and ease of use with versatility. It was simple to make a thorough survey using their powerful tools. And the analytics capabilities made it easy to analyze results from a variety of perspectives, making it an easy task to segment responses and customize results views for a variety of stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The more advanced features, such as conditional questions, were not immediately clear or particularly intuitive, but it was easy once I figured it out.

What I like about QuestionPro is that it's easy to use. It gives you the ability to create your own surveys and  customize them how you want. I like the variety of options I can choose from and it's very simple.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I don't really have anything that I dislike about them. You may have to do a little more to adjust a few things but the process is still amazing to me. I look at it as learning more tools to be more proficient.

I feel that it gives us the opportunity to collect information needed to know more from the community about how they may feel about certain things. It benefits me because I learn things about my community that I may have not known.

QuestionPro offers a non-profit discount - which is hugely helpful to start-up non-profits.  The functionality is above and beyond what we need for our surveys so I would recommend using it.

The user interface isnt the easiest to use - but is as simple as it can be.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We distribute an annual user survey - to gather feedback on our main product.  So QuestionPro allows us the flexibility of asking the questions we want and collecting user responses.

Easy to use, provides good service, and quickly produces adequate surveys. It has proven good for the number of surveys we use.

The renewal process is somewhat cumbersome, and you are unable to even login to retreive your data if it expires.

Easy way to make surveys and distribute them for accreditation purposes.

I like that I have access to quality survey and analytic tools, but I also have great support when I have questions or need guidance.  I have also used the team to help me with additional analysis and reporting when I have been resource constrained.

The analytic tools are robust, but there is an opportunity to make the UI a bit more user-friendly.

QuestionPro is the survey platform that I am using to field all of my custom studies for my consulting work. The platform is cost-effective and the question types are robust and meet all of my survey needs.

We have been using Question Pro for the past few years and love how easy it is to create surveys.  Not only are they quick and easy to build, but it provides us with fast and up to date responses from the staff and clients we serve.  It is easy to compile the data and present the information to our leadership team and stake holders in formats that are clear and easy to read while giving complete and accurate information.

We have yet to find items that we don't like about Question Pro.

QuestionPro is customizable and easy to use. It allows you to do almost anythign you want to with a survey, while tracking all the relevant areas.

It can take a while to create detailed surveys, but that is to be expected. It still gives you the ability to make simple surveys. The simple ones are really quick.

Question Pro assists us in monitoring our performance in the community and within our agency. It provides us with a pulse on where we are as an agency and where we should be heading.

Having used QuestionPro in a variety of instances, the variety of questions types enable rich data insights. Its communications tools and platform allow for targeted outreach and enable tracking of survey completions. The user guides and FAQs are very helpful when determining how to build a survey, making translation from a survey draft to the platform easy.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The inferface of QuestionPro puts your surveys at the front and center of your experience. This leads to deeper settings taking more time to navigate to and discover. This is not a reason not to use the platform, it just takes some initial exploration to get used to.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When outreach is needed that requires survey logic to guide a user through the survey and elicit appropriate data insights, QuestionPro is our go-to tool.

QP is assisting in helping gather impact data and reporting for non profits that assist those in recovery from substance abuse and incarceration. with the data collected we are able to show the impact we are making in the community by gathering demographics, attendance numbers for programming and get feedback from the community that we serve.

Question Pro is the most affordable platform with the most features and ability to connect to the Google workspace ecosystem outside of proper nonprofit/open source software such as Kobo toolbox.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

The platform is somewhat glitchy and the UX/UI needs some work to be more user-friendly and functional. Also, the ease of use is not great but once you get used to its idiosyncrasies it functions well.

It has tools that are more geared for researchers and much more affordable when comparing with platforms like survey monkey, which seems to be more geared toward marketing. This has quite a few question types and analysis options.

After many years of using QuestionPro, I continue to be rewarded with excellent Customer Service and a very robust surveying tool.  With their non-profit licensing, I have the same abilities in surveying as the big corporations.  Thank you.

There is nothing that I dislike about Question Pro.

We use QuestionPro for customer satisfaction surveys, internal staff surveys, idea gathering, and a host of other use cases.  Anything where you need to aggregate data from multiple individuals lends itself to a survey with QuestionPro.

I don't have any downsides at the moment. It has been a great experience for me.

Being able to reach the people I want to research by asking questions. It is so much better not having to do the surveys by hand and then aggregating the information into something meaningful. The stats are there and it makes it very helpful for a researcher like me.

It is easy to use and and integarte into our program.  Question pro has been great with being able to get feedback from the members of our department quickly.
