Some features that seem simple or expected are actually not available, which can be limiting at times.

For example, the ability to structure projects with sub-projects, not just at the site level, adds valuable flexibility.

What do you like best about Productsup?

Productsup is a powerful and versatile platform for product data management, syndication, and feed optimization. One of its most compelling strengths is its high degree of flexibility—users can customize feeds for virtually any channel, from marketplaces like Amazon and eBay to social platforms like Facebook and TikTok, to comparison shopping engines and even custom exports. This adaptability makes it especially valuable for businesses with complex or global multichannel strategies.

Another major advantage is the intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop logic combined with a visual data flow gives both technical and non-technical users a clear view of how data is transformed. This reduces the learning curve significantly and enhances team collaboration.

The rule-based mapping and transformation logic is robust, allowing you to set detailed conditions for modifying product data. You can correct, enrich, or filter product attributes without needing to rely on external developers. This level of autonomy is a huge productivity boost for marketing and e-commerce teams.

The initial setup and onboarding process, while guided, can still be quite complex. Although the interface is user-friendly, fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities often requires a steep initial investment in time and effort.

Another downside is that performance can be affected when working with extremely large datasets. Feed processing and preview generation can slow down noticeably, particularly when applying multiple transformation rules across several channels at once.

ProductsUp is also quick to respond and follow up on tickets if they have not received an answer. Their customer care team is helpful in finding solutions and always happy to loop in the correct people if needed. We have a bi-weekly standing call to discuss any projects or actions and the team is always open to canceling if all conversations can be managed over email. What do you dislike about Productsup?

The load time for our business is quite long given the number of SKUs and markets we have is a downside. I will also say that the platform is not as intuitive for customer use, so we do rely heavily on the managed service aspect of the business. Lastly, we don't frequently receive proactive recommendations on how to improve the feed from our managed service or have much product data support at the moment. That with Productsup it is possible to incorporate your own developments. In our company we use Productsup every day very often and we love the user interface, which is easy to understand and use. You see immediately what changes you have made. The large set of possibilities to manipulate data is very helpful. The tool can be used for different purposes and you quickly get something implemented that works. The support replies very quickly and helps with every question. The digital marketing team use ProductsUp in conjunction with our partner agency to automate and scale data augmentation we would struggle to do internally at scale,for multiple channels including PMAX, Facebook and our Affiliate feeds. We also use the tool to take internal considerations / variations and optimise for each territory

Using the tool has had a noticeable impact on our scalability and in turn sales generation and new customer recruitment. Support team is easy and swift to use when we have had any queries. What do you like best about Productsup?

What i like best about ProductsUp is the really helpful and big choice of rules and features I can apply on my product data. It seems like nothing is impossible! No need to be a developper to use the tool - but it saves us so much developping resources. And if I reach my limits, I can always ask the great customer support and get an answer very quickly. When a site is running (means ProductsUp is processing my data) the tool can get very slow and I have to wait until I can continue working with it.
