"Effortless Data Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Productsup?

I like that Productsup is easy to learn with a quick learning curve. The ease of integration is impressive, and the high level of support provided is outstanding. I haven't had a better support experience with anyone else. Productsup helps us do things automatically and quickly, giving us confidence in handling requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Productsup?

There are some limitations on lines processed and how to set up monitoring. There is a limitation with regards to the payment model on how many lines you can process. With large merged datasets, you run a risk of exceeding the limits and need to pay for overages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Wittstock of Productsup

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We’re thrilled the product’s ease-of-use and our support have been so helpful. I’m sorry for the friction around line limits and monitoring - we will share your feedback with the product team to see what improvements can be looked into.

"Reliable & scalable datafeed management for any type of e-commerce purpose"
5/5
What do you like best about Productsup?

We’ve found PU to be highly scalable. In our building and infrastructure industry, we work with a variety of formats, and we’re able to capture them all in separate feeds within the same tool. That means we don’t need to spend money on multiple systems to handle different formats.

Additionally the possibilities of different extracts, filetypes, integrations make this useful for our internal users & customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Productsup?

I think the limitations around feeds are one area that could be improved. That said, I’ve found the team to be very accommodating to our needs and pragmatic when it comes to billing in a few edge-case scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Wittstock of Productsup

We're glad to hear that you find Productsup highly scalable and useful for handling a variety of formats within the same tool. We appreciate your feedback and would love to get more insights about the feed limitations to see how we can improve here.

"Robust Solution for Data Integration and Transformation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Productsup?

Some features that seem simple or expected are actually not available, which can be limiting at times.

For example, the ability to structure projects with sub-projects, not just at the site level, adds valuable flexibility.

The billing details and the differences between editions could be more clearly communicated, as they can sometimes be confusing during use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple feed management programme for both marketing purposes and vendor onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Productsup?

Productsup is a powerful and versatile platform for product data management, syndication, and feed optimization. One of its most compelling strengths is its high degree of flexibility—users can customize feeds for virtually any channel, from marketplaces like Amazon and eBay to social platforms like Facebook and TikTok, to comparison shopping engines and even custom exports. This adaptability makes it especially valuable for businesses with complex or global multichannel strategies.

Another major advantage is the intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop logic combined with a visual data flow gives both technical and non-technical users a clear view of how data is transformed. This reduces the learning curve significantly and enhances team collaboration.

The rule-based mapping and transformation logic is robust, allowing you to set detailed conditions for modifying product data. You can correct, enrich, or filter product attributes without needing to rely on external developers. This level of autonomy is a huge productivity boost for marketing and e-commerce teams.

Productsup also stands out for its automation features. Scheduled imports and exports, real-time validation, and error handling tools make it easy to ensure data accuracy and integrity at scale. When handling large volumes of products or feeds, the automation and versioning tools reduce manual work and mitigate risks of publishing incorrect data.

Lastly, the support and documentation are solid. Productsup offers responsive customer service and a good set of resources that include tutorials, webinars, and an active help center. For enterprise clients, the dedicated account support adds even more value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Productsup?

While Productsup is feature-rich, the pricing can be a barrier, especially for small to mid-sized businesses. It is clearly positioned as an enterprise-level solution, and the cost structure reflects that. This may limit accessibility for companies with tighter budgets or smaller product catalogs.

The initial setup and onboarding process, while guided, can still be quite complex. Depending on the state of your data sources and the channels you want to connect, getting everything to work smoothly can take time. Although the interface is user-friendly, fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities often requires a steep initial investment in time and effort.

Another downside is that performance can be affected when working with extremely large datasets. Feed processing and preview generation can slow down noticeably, particularly when applying multiple transformation rules across several channels at once.

Also, while the platform is regularly updated, some UI elements feel outdated or unintuitive—especially in the reporting and monitoring sections. For example, filtering logs or finding the root cause of a failed feed can require too many steps or feels less streamlined than it could be.

Lastly, although Productsup supports many integrations out of the box, custom API work or complex use cases may still require developer intervention. For companies hoping for a purely no-code experience, this could come as a surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Wittstock of Productsup

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a comprehensive review of Productsup Markus. We're delighted to hear that you find the platform powerful and versatile, with an intuitive interface and robust automation features. Your feedback on the pricing, setup complexity, performance with large datasets, and UI elements is valuable for us to address potential areas of improvement. It's great to know that Productsup has helped streamline your product data management and distribution, improving operational efficiency and data quality for your marketing and e-commerce teams.
