I like that it is a very collaborative application, in which all the people who want to participate in the creation of an event or meeting can make modifications. Another thing that I like is that it offers many templates and stickers to make certain improvements; in addition, it has innovative functions such as social distancing due to COVID. On the other hand, it has other tools that offer me benefits to facilitate and improve my work in the list of guests, the menu, the number of tables and chairs and how to organize them, who attended the event or meeting, in general, all the programming. Finally, its interface is very good, organized and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** Since I have been using this software it has worked very well for me, there is nothing that bothers me for now. Thanks to pre-designed templates and plans it is possible to streamline the work, it offers invitation management tools, as well as the seats will be distributed. It offers remote functions that allow us to work with all teachers, teachers and students digitally and to be able to make collaborative edits. I like that it provides thousands of templates for editing in 2D or 3D. On the other hand, AllSeated has applied new functionalities of use to social distancing due to COVID, which has been very good for my work. Another plus is how easy it is to manage all my work, from guest lists, menu organization, tables, attendance, and event scheduling. It provides me with a varied and unique interface, which allows me to organize events in a special and completely authentic way. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** So far I can't find anything that really bothers me. It is possible to manage different meetings detailing and studying the smallest detail, the position of the tables, the distribution of the chairs, decoration details, everything, customizing and adapting each detail according to my requeriments. Visualizing each aspect of the event, with 3D image allows us to have a greater range of visualization, to analyze with greater precision each action we take for the decoration and distribution of the spaces of the place. In addition to this it is possible to share the progress, with clients and colleagues in this way we ensure that the planning of events is completed without any failure or future circumstances. Robust interface, extensive features, large capacity tools, it has it all. It is secure platform, it gives me the security I need, it stores, supports and protects all my data. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** AllSeated is multifunctional, with a wide and highly customizable interface, easy to use, with which it is possible to carry out a precise and exact job, achieving a really fluid job. My only problem is that the system can becomes a littles slow and makes it difficult to visualize the details, the system slows down and it is difficult to manage the details. So far the excellent feature set counteracts any difficulties you may have. **Recommendations to others considering Prismm:** I recommend AllSeated because by itself it does everything, it has everything to easily carry out a perfect organization and planning. Use it and discover the benefits. **What problems is Prismm solving and how is that benefiting you?** The implementation of AllSeated allows us to plan different conferences and meetings in a simple and safe way, together with great tools. From a 3D point of view, we have been able to observe in detail the organization, planning and decoration of events, without letting go of anything, from a single platfomr and without the need to be professionals in event planning. In addition, involving clients and coworkers in event planning makes the entire organization much more efficient, collaborative, and participatory. ### 6. It allows to visualize with a 3D virtual reality plane, with 360º, to detail all aspects of the event, customizing each feature. I am impressed by the ability I have to be able to do collaborative work, where clients, suppliers and clients participate, they can see the space and details all from the AllSeated system, without leaving our office. Then the final result is sent and the planning is carried out as expected, without changing anything, everything perfectly impeccable. Its tools are quite complete, and its implementation with the cloud makes all our information always secure. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** The price is not very cheap, but it turns out to be necessary if I want to have a more complete set of tools and a more modern design inventory, otherwise there will be many limitations for the creations you want to make. **Recommendations to others considering Prismm:** I recommend it because without a doubt there is no tool like AllSeated, that does everything it does and that always remains constant and fresh. It is a practical and efficient tool. **What problems is Prismm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using AllSeated was a slight relief to make the work flow much better, it allowed us to carry out a job of planning and managing events from a single tool. Putting all the work together and allowing it to be collaborative, it gave me great tools and a complete image, with a wide visualization, and a 3D image, giving free rein to imagination and creativity and allowing us to be all participants in the planning of each event. ### 7. Setting it up was fast. When it came to using it, AllSeated acted like a reliable friend and made planning easy, letting me create structures on my events, sending them to my clients and being able to get their opinions. It is fast and the tools are amazing, specifically the 3D tool, I love it because I haven’t seen it in any other software before and it’s important for me to have it since I can show my clients the way everything is going to look even before it happens. I am really happy with this software and the tools it provides. It creates an atmosphere where we can place everything and work by steps. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** While using this software, I’ve experienced some bugs that have limited my use of it. It is good for us to have a feature like this to plan everything ahead the way it should be, and adding resources that might have not been added haven’t we used this software. We take the software implementation to another level, we organize charities, important work meetings, trade agreements conferences, among many other events. ### 9. Working in a wedding/event venue, it's important that I'm able to create dimensionally accurate and personalized layouts for every event. I love that you can input your space's exact dimensions and features in order to achieve this, and that you can easily share those formal, clean-looking layouts so easily with clients. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** I wish you could save and copy/input more templates when creating new events. Though every event we host is unique, many do have very similar layouts and rebuilding them or searching through past events for a similar one is time-consuming. Also think that table numbering process is a little difficult and wish this was automated a little better. **What problems is Prismm solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is the best site our company has been able to find to create accurate layouts for all of our different event venue spaces. ### 10. I also like that you can save templates so if it's a layout you use all the time it's easy to generate a basic layout so that you can just tweak it as needed. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** I dislike how you can only have one person working in an event at a time. I also dislike that you have to log in multiple times because it kicks you out if you've been idle for more than like 15 minutes. I wish it would stay logged in longer. **Recommendations to others considering Prismm:** I would definitely recommend AllSeated to anyone who works in events. It makes life so much easier to be able to have physical layouts and seating plans for who ever is working that day. **What problems is Prismm solving and how is that benefiting you?** AllSeated is essential in event planning. I've used it many times for all the weddings we planned and created different layouts for the ceremony and the reception. We would assign guests to the tables and make notes of specialty meals, babies, high chairs that were needed, etc. ahead of time so that the day of the event the staff would have all the information they needed to set up the event correctly. ### 13. I love that venues can (and often do) upload template layouts that I can easily access and design to scale. I love the thousands of different table, chair, furniture, etc. options available to create layouts. And I love that it’s all online, easy to share, and that I can easily download PDFs. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** Sometimes I feel overwhelmed searching for a simple 5’ round table. There are SO MANY options to choose from. I would suggest better categorizing/subcategorizing so users don’t have to scroll through hundreds of options for each search. **What problems is Prismm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to pay for an expensive planning system. Being able to create excellent to-scale layouts and share them easily. ### 14. Everyone can see what is happening and we can all make suggestions depending on the event. Clients can really take control of their wedding or event and make it unique. I think any client wants the control with the guidance to create and make it their own. With everyone being able to see the edits, this creates a really transparent process. We can keep an open communication. **What do you dislike about Prismm?** The only thing I dislike is that I feel that sometimes the floorplan is a little off scale. I am not sure what causes this whether it be the actual floorplan or the table sizes. However, I don't think that this really deters the actual process. There are a few times were clients want to start from scratch, but we do not allow this. Simply put, we know what works best in different circumstances and want to keep that control aspect of the planning. **Recommendations to others considering Prismm:** I would create templates first and then allow clients to modify and not just give a blank floorplan. **What problems is Prismm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing clients to create their own floorplan. In the past, we had just hand sketched drawings that couldn't be easily accessible, sent or edited. With this program, all of those issues are fixed. The program even converts to a PDF for you to save on a computer or in a file. ### 15.
