The dev team listens and implement features that directly impacts us. The update comes quick. Things are built from ground up. They are even able to customize our specific floor plan with all the sprites that represents each and every tool we use. Even at the printing level, we can choose 2D, 3D or live interactive link for our guests to see updates we make. The floor plan we built from Visrez are something we are proud to use and share with our clients. We used a few different floor plan builders in the past, and nothing came close to this. Most important thing is support is fast! **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** Loading time between floor plan is moderate speed, but it could be the amount of live data to load. The Floor Plan is incredibly detailed and interactive. I love the ability to change the camera angles so I can see points of view from the guest's perspective. The designer's attention to detail for every room and item is extraordinary, down to the individual chess pieces on the game board. Where most other systems use folders, this platform uses tags which makes it much easier to find one's diagrams for a specific room faster. The ability to also add mutliple tags to each diagram is equally helpful. Nicky is amazingly helpful, from teaching classes to adding additional rooms and items within 24 hours of the request. **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** Being able to lock in a selection would be helpful, e.g., when I choose the select key, the item, and then delete it, the system automatically switches to view mode. The text boxes can also be difficult to use. Where double clicking an item selects it, double clicking a text box duplicates it. It would be helpful if we could chose to add the additional notes and/or the breakdown page to the diagram print out, making it a one page document. **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Floor Plan builder has improved our ability to accutately set our rooms. The exact measurements of each item, eg. tables, chairs, stage, dance floor, allows you to see the max capacity for each room and how the room would be set up per each clients individual needs. Having multiple options to send the clients their diagrams from a PDF to a link that allows the client to not only view but also approve the room has been beneficial. ### 32.
