"Visrez: Essential, Easy-to-Use 3D Floor Plans with Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about Floor Plan Builder?

Visrez has become an essential tool for our hotel clients. It lets them create custom floor plans for the hundreds of events they host each year, so they can present each space in the exact layout their clients will experience on the day.

The 3D environment is a huge plus. It's incredibly easy to use, with simple drag-and-drop functionality and an intuitive interface that anyone on the team can pick up quickly. The floor plans are remarkably detailed and true to life, accurately representing our meeting rooms and hotel spaces.

The Visrez team is outstanding. Whenever we've needed support, they've responded quickly and made refinements wherever needed. If we need new assets created, such as tables and chairs to match our FF&E, they build them for us.

It integrates smoothly with our platforms, and our entire sales team uses it. It runs fast and performs beautifully on both mobile and desktop.

We've found the pricing extremely fair, especially given how much we use it, and having unlimited users is a real advantage. The training resources are excellent too, with a large library of videos and guides, and the team is always easy to reach when we need them.

We'd highly recommend Visrez to any hotel or venue looking to elevate how they sell their event spaces.

What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives our hotel partners who offer virtual tours the best of both worlds. With the virtual tour, they can see the space, view the building, and navigate through the hotel as if they were actually there. Then, with the floor plan builder, we can get extremely personalised and create the exact layout for a wedding, corporate event, birthday, or any other special occasion they’re planning. It helps them picture what their event is going to look like and feel confident in the setup. In turn, it enables hotels to execute a clear, shared vision that everyone can align on and be held to. "Time-Saving Build Feature with Impressive 3D Renderings"

What do you like best about Floor Plan Builder?

"Friendly team and easy to build floor plans"

What do you like best about Floor Plan Builder?

I bounce around from property to property in my line of work, and the ease to do this, making changes to floor plans and moving around like the Sims, it makes it my favorite software to use internally and to showcase to clients. The visrez team is easy to work with, supportive, and readily available to answer all the questions I have and in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?

Some controls can be a little tricky but once you get used to the scrolling and dragging without the platform functions it isn't bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Remote Floor Plan Collaboration Easy"

What do you like best about Floor Plan Builder?

Being able to build a floor plan while on a call with a client in another country helps them visualise the space. It’s also useful for sharing internally, as the Ops team finds it much easier to navigate and understand a floor plan than to rely on descriptions of how something should be laid out. I really appreciate how adaptable the software’s functions are. The UI is simple and intuitive to use, which makes it easy to get started and navigate. Being able to add new pieces of equipment and make changes to them as needed is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could be a bit more creatively flexible (instead of on and off buttons, it would be nice to individually move or delete fixed items/furniture) the selection area is queer in some rooms, which greatly complicates this feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers who need mixed seating arrangements that cannot be set up internally due to time constraints can create a very detailed preview with Floor Plan, showing how the room can ultimately be set up by us (simplifies showing the available space efficiently and gives customers the opportunity to say in advance how they exactly envision their seating arrangement) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do you know that you can toggle the Selection tool for non-conventional spaces so that it selects in line with the room shape. In the lower menu to the left of the slider there is an icon which allows you to alternate the direction of the select tool when you are working in an space which is not a standard shape. There is a list of Hot Keys in the top left corner which allow you to switch between the main tool functions faster, eg without having to click on / off.
