I really appreciate how BoomPop helped keep everything organized in one place, which made it a great way to track who had RSVP'd and details about the attendees. The streamlined RSVP process, itinerary building, and the ease of sourcing things to do and places to eat were incredibly helpful. I found the platform very easy to set up and use, which was a big plus for me. I also like that it took hours of research and back and forth with venues and vendors off my plate, making the whole process much more efficient. The team was very communicative throughout, and my dedicated event planner was knowledgeable and efficient, responding quickly to my questions or when I needed options and maintaining good communication with vendors. BoomPop makes event planning incredibly easy and streamlined. They handled nearly all of the logistics for our National Sales Meeting, which allowed our team to stay focused on the content and objectives of the meetings rather than coordination and vendor management.

They supported everything from venue sourcing and hotel logistics to meeting AV and a full awards dinner, including menu and bar selections, AV, DJ, and photo booth. Communication was consistent throughout the process, and they stayed engaged during the event even while not physically on site. It was clear they genuinely cared about the success of the event and about making sure we felt supported and at ease.

Honestly, very little. The experience was smooth from start to finish. If anything, I would say that because they handle so much of the planning, it’s helpful to come in with clarity around your goals and priorities so they can move quickly and execute exactly what you’re envisioning. Wow. To try and find the best words to describe BoomPop. This is my second year in a row using BoomPop and I didn't think it could get better; but it did. I knew I loved them from my initial sales call. I had interviewed a few different corporate event planning companies but the second I met with BoomPop, I knew I was home. Our sales call started out with our rep telling me about OUR company. Who were are. What we do. Our owners names. My name and title. It was amazing! She really did her homework - which floored me, because none of the other companies did that. So from the start, my mind was made up. Then it just kept getting better from there. Once we made the final decision to use BoomPop we were connected with our event planner. Who, now after 2 years is part of our work family. She was there for every phone call, every schedule change and so much more. As this was our first company retreat, we wanted to make it extra special and something that we could continue year after year. We knocked year 1 out of the park. This year was year 2. Our planner was able to be onsite with us, which was a freaking game changer! The ease of the BoomPop platform is unmatched! The shortlists, the guest website, the RSVP management, the customizations, top tier. Also loved that BoomPop integrated with Slack, which is what our company uses so it made it that much easier. The customer support is awesome as well. In our Slack channel was our customer service rep who was also there to pop in if ever needed. I discovered BoomPop when planning a company retreat. In years past I did all the planning and coordianting, and as the event grew, it became hard to do it all alone. Enter BoomPop. From the first contact to the post-event follow up, BoomPop made the entire event experience so easy and enjoyable. The planning experts are well versed in the locations they recommend, offering a great variety of cities, accomodations, restaurants and activities. We've now used BoomPop twice (New Orleans and Denver), and will continue to use them for years to come. I really appreciate how easy and seamless they make the whole experience. Boompop is very involved. They opened up a direct channel of communication with our team via Slack, which is the central hub for comms and touch bases leading up to events. They also have a rep who is on-site during the event the entire time, and ensures things run smoothly as well. They're extremely collaborative, communicative, and organized. I really appreciate the ease of use that BoomPop offers, making the platform very user-friendly. This simplicity allowed me to effortlessly navigate through various vendor options and select what was most appropriate for our group’s needs, which was incredibly helpful. The ease of creating Statements of Work (SOW) and the straightforward signature process were also significant advantages for me. Additionally, the convenience provided by the platform in terms of handling backend tasks such as invoicing and payment made operations much smoother and efficient. The platform relies heavily on Excel spreadsheets for managing budgets, which I find cumbersome. Navigating through these spreadsheets to ensure everything is correct took more time than I would like. I’ve used BoomPop for a series of company events in different capacities, from managing an internal event directly through their platform to using their full-planning service for a client-facing event, where I got to work with their incredible team both online during planning and on-site during the event.

I found that BoomPop made event planning process much easier for me and more seamless. I love that it’s basically a one-stop shop. From sourcing venues and managing RFPs to handling guest communications, everything happens in one place, saving a huge amount of time and coordination effort.

My favorite tool is the live event website, it’s just so easy to spin up a page, update it anytime, and it always looks polished. The RSVP management system and AI-powered rooming list are also great and make logistics coordination easier, and even the content section comes in really handy, especially for internal events, saving me both time and stress.

The AI assistant is also genuinely fun to use and, unlike other similar online planning tools, it feels helpful and makes my life as a company planner so much easier, especially with smart features like AI-SMS for guest updates and answering guest questions. The only thing I’d point out is that the event platform navigation isn’t super intuitive at first. It took me a little time to get familiar with where everything lives, but after using it a few times, it became much easier to navigate and now it feels pretty straightforward.
