It's dang-near fool proof. I'm crazy organized and wasn't sold on using event software. The software I was using before Perfect Venue only solidified my feelings, however I gave Perfect Venue a chance. It not only has streamlined our process, but it may be more organized than I am. It's really helped with team communication on our backend, and my customers seem to enjoy it, as well. I have no complaints.
