I really like how user-friendly Perfect Venue is—it’s easy to follow along with the process. I appreciate how easy it is to chat with people, and the templates and automation tools are a big plus. These features significantly cut down the time spent creating templates and speed up the booking process, which helps close more leads. The initial setup was also fairly easy, thanks to the incredible support from the Perfinity team.

How easy it is to integrate to our website. This makes the entire booking process more streamlined for the guest and myself to facilitate their booking. Customer service is incredible and timely and the entire team has been lovely to work with–from discovery to implementing the platform at my business. Ease of use is also high, and most features seem intuitive. I do use the platform daily on my computer and have not utilized the phone app as of yet.
