It has been two months since we signed our contract, and we just went live with one app but there are still issues. The other module still needs work. We gave them our dates (all of which were missed). We have sporadic meetings with their different teams, but they don't help us or ensure all necessary steps are completed. Our CSM went on vacation for 10 days and gave us an 800# and the pooled CS email. I emailed it multiple times and no one got back to me. One saving grace is that their support team is responsive and helpful via email. The modules can do a lot, but it is complicated to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
