I really like the way it supports both pre and post-event tasks, especially in setting up before the event starts. Its ability to help us visualize things results in a much better setup process, which is invaluable. Additionally, the tool's check-in and badge features available upon arrival are notably great and super efficient, enhancing the event experience significantly. What truly sets Cvent Event Diagramming apart is the all-in-one-shop experience it offers, eliminating the need for multiple manual integrations that we faced with our previous software, making the entire event planning process much more streamlined and efficient. I dislike the language management feature for the exhibitor portal in Cvent Event Diagramming. Each event defaults to certain language terms, like 'booth' instead of 'stand', and we need to manually adjust it to fit our preferred version. This can be a tedious task.
