Excellent customer support team. Monthly reports provided automatically. Enables our RDNs to easily recommend high quality, GMP certified, and 3rd party tested supplements to our clients while also giving them a discount. **What do you dislike about Fullscript?** In my opinion, there are no downsides to using fullscript. It's there for our providers and clients if relevant, but we aren't obligated to use it. We are excited about their lab feature, but it's too early to provide constructive feedback. **What problems is Fullscript solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peace of mind. We know that if our clients order supplements through fullscript they are getting products that are high quality and vetted. Our providers benefit from the ease of recommending. It also gives us the opportunity to make additional revenue on our supplement recommendations, which is nice, but the bigger aspect is our ability to pass a discount onto our clients. ### 2. I use it very regularly, almost weekly. It's user-friendly and has a wide variety of products available in Canada at my disposal. There's also a number of tools that are helpful, like done-for-you protocols and company promotions, that's a great benefit for busy practitioners. I would highly recommend this service. **What do you dislike about Fullscript?** Being a Fullscript user in Canada, the only thing I dislike is not being able to use it freely for my USA clients or use some of the products from across the border for my Canadian clients, but I guess that might be out of their control. **What problems is Fullscript solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fullscript allows me to create protocols to aid my clients in better health outcomes. They have a wide variety of supplements including homeopathic remedies, botanicals herbs and even protein powders. My clients have come to trust my reccomendations through Fullscript and get fast and friendly service and their products delivered quickly. Makes my business look really professional. ### 3. The built in reminders are helpful in compliance if patients are to be continuing a recommendation. If they're not refilling, it opens them door for a conversation with them about where they're at in their treatment journey. They report liking the email and text notifications, too. **What do you dislike about Fullscript?** Sometimes seeing all the options can be overwhelming. And at times, there may be a product by a brand that's one there that isn't available, so I'd end up going straight through the brand itself, which throws off the preference of using minimal number of accounts to get items to patients. **What problems is Fullscript solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing the number of brand accounts I'd be using, so can send multiple items from multiple product brands and it be one shipping cost to patient. ### 4. It has high quality products and also provides educaitonal resoures that I like to use with my clients. **What do you dislike about Fullscript?** It's fun to have new updates but there are a LOT of them happening very often - it can be overwhelming. **What problems is Fullscript solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fullscript solves the problem of accessing high-quality, professional-grade supplements by providing a centralized platform that includes messaging, special discounts and offers, and easy shipping. The product selection is very diverse and high quality. You don't need to be very tech savvy to use Fullscript with your existing EHR. I love the idea of being able to add supplement sales to my practice. Genius! **What do you dislike about Fullscript?** What really needs to be reworked is the fact that patients need to go through all the steps of creating an account and agreeing to a number of spam permissions just to see the supplements you prescribed. The number of steps it takes from first contact with the patient to an actual sale is impractical. The process should actually be the complete reverse: they should see the products immediately, make their purchase, then sign up to receive more information and access resources. It's also impossible to create a viable storefront when customers have to create an account for something first and they have no idea what is on the inside. Also the full collection of products are not available as an open catalog, potentially missing sales on other products that patients may want to purchase. The products are sold out quite frequently after a few purchases. It seems their inventory is not that big. I have bought quite a few products myself and found the same products on Amazon often for less. So, to sell products for a higher price, the experience really needs some streamlining and improvement. There's a lot of potential. **What problems is Fullscript solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supplemental product sales for health care providers and groups is a very helpful concept both to improve patient health outcomes and to generate additional revenue. ### 9. I also like very good information organization and free webinars on interesting topics. But most of all, I like the fact that you can find a reliable protocol for so many conditions! The protocols suggested by the company are verified by the industry specialists; thus, I consider them reliable. Having protocols and handouts ready saves lots of time! **What do you dislike about Fullscript?** Since the company makes money as a dispensary, the focus in the protocols is on the pill rather than on nutritional or lifestyle aspects of treatment. This being said, it nicely complements my training focused on nutrition! Also, there are no mealplans for these conditions, so you have to get another tool involved anyway. **What problems is Fullscript solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having reliable, repeatable, and verified by industry specialists protocols in one place is a huge bonus. Besides, I like the price point as Fullscipt is free. I also appreciate that for the offered protocols, there is an online dispensary.
