The quick response of the support team is great. It's a good entry level system to support basic needs. Linking to zoom and square pos payment is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Practice Better? Once notes are signed, you can't go back to change things, have to write an addendum. I also wish there was greater robustness with the number accounts that can be linked for a client (e.g. Separate caregivers for 1 client, with separate logins) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
