Elite, Easy-to-Use Platform with Outstanding Customer Service

|Practice Better
Honestly, their platform is elite. It makes everything so easy, and my favorite part has to be their customer service. If I ever run into a problem, I know they can help me, or they’ll have an article about it, which makes the platform really easy to use. They also offer so many options for my practice. I just started implementing programs, and it’s been amazing.

Empowers Medical Practice with Customization and AI

|Practice Better
I like the capability to build a program inside Practice Better. I'm able to create video modules, attach PDFs, and write tasks and text for my clients, which most previous EMRs I've used have not had this capability. It helps me run my six month program, which I normally would not be able to do. I also appreciate the AI scribe technology that helps me take better medical notes.

I like that I can manage all client care in one spot. I can easily send clients documents, conduct video phone calls, manage documentation, create invoices, and chat all through secure means without needing multiple platforms.
