After using Practice Better for several years, I have come to appreciate even more how much of my practice can be managed in one place. I especially value being able to create individualized protocols, securely share forms, lab results, and educational resources, communicate with clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and keep charting organized. The client portal also gives clients a convenient place to revisit their recommendations and next steps. I continue to appreciate Practice Better’s educational webinars and support resources, as well as the ongoing platform improvements and customization options that allow the system to evolve with my practice.

I like some of the pre-made templates, and the new feature that allows you to collect credit card payments via a form instead of asking for it.
