I really appreciate the insurance integration which simplifies my processes by reducing the number of backend steps required to match claims and payments. Additionally, I love the high level of customization Practice Better offers, allowing me to adapt nearly everything to fit my practice's needs. The client portal provides a reliable space for clients, which enhances their experience. Furthermore, the calendar integration with Google calendars is excellent for managing multiple clinicians, streamlining scheduling, and reducing time spent coordinating appointments. Lastly, I find the integration capability with other systems, like ClaimMD and Apple Health, tremendously helps in managing client flow and monitoring movement patterns. I love that I can communicate with my patients through the app. I like the forms and notes function. I like that I can send documents to my patients. It doesn’t seem to be very iPAD user friendly. There are many things I can do on my desktop with the program, but I use my iPad when I am in my office. It’s more friendly because I can face the patient and it doesn’t look like I am spending all of my time on the computer. On the iPAd, I cannot do a split screen in order to open other documents while I am working in the patient portal. Another thing is the word processing functions on the iPad are not the same. When I try to select multiple files to charge with a patient using the iPad, it doesn’t allow me to do that. The function is there, but then when I click on the selection boxes, nothing is selected. I wish on the face page that the patient’s name, date of birth, and age were all visible. I have to toggle back and forth a lot to get this information. I have a medium level program: I want to be able to combine my notes to create a letter to send to my patient or other providers. As it is, I have to export the notes to Adobe, combine them there, and then import them back into Practice Better. Maybe there is a better way to do this, but I haven’t found it. I also want to be able to move files I have imported into PB into another part of the program or another patient, I cannot do that. I would love to be able to edit some of the forms to be more individualized for my practice. I’m sure there are many more things. I worked for many years in a hospital with EPIC, maybe I am spoiled, but I feel that there are a few more things that we could do with our programs. I would also be happy to be a consultant to work through some of these suggestion and suggestions that others might have. Thanks for having this forum and for your time. When adding currated lifestyle recommendations, it would be easier to be able to view "all" as opposed to having to remember which section that I put the lifestyle recommendation under. Alternatively, it would be great if I could create my own tab -- as opposed to the ones that are only available there. The generated PDF file could be more compressed as in --- the information flows better if some sections are not necessary. I don't like the idea that after a protocol has been published, you cannot go and quickly edit it before having to publish it again. Or maybe I'm missing something. Practice Better has SO much to offer, there is not enough time to navigate the platform in 14 days to figure out whether it will be suitable. More integrations please!
