I dont dislike anthing about Pocus, but It would be nice to have more engagment tracking, clicking in app notifications, website trafic, heatmaps, ect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pocus?

It connects outreach, otto, and salesforce so it gives the most up-to-date data. It is also fairly simple to use and I use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

It will sometimes pull other users' leads into my account without telling me so I am outreaching users I shouldn't be and it seems to have some connection issues with updating in salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pocus?

I use pocus every day for my prospecting efforts. It helps me determine which users and which accounts I should go after and allows me to stay personalized with my approach. What do you like best about Pocus?

Pocus is one of the easiest to use platforms for prospecting into the accounts you own. The UI is easy to navigate and the insights about my customers, accounts, usage data, etc. has been extremely helpful at enabling me to organize my day-to-day and focus on accounts and contacts that matter. It's truly been a gamechanger for my prospecting efforts and saves so much time. I especially love the universal search! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

It's a startup so a lot of things are still in progress, there are a few adjustments in terms of features and the UX (i.e. being able to re-select the prospects from your account history in the playbook/list) that could be made but Pocus' team is incredibly receptive to feedback.
