What do you like best about Pocus?

I think the best part about Pocus is the ability to quickly identify top accounts and prospects to reach out to. The amount of filters and fields I can enter within a second is so helpful. My favorite is the tags of power users and high usage. I use it daily for my prospecting and outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

I think the one thing I would change about Pocus is the integration with Outreach sometimes does not work as well as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pocus?

Love being able to create personazlied lists, and work with my manager during our 1on1s since he can "impersonate user" and walk me through my workflow from my POV . It's one of the first things my team filters through each morning to check on new signups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

My team struggles with about a 24 hour delay updating information when integrated with Salesforce. If this could be immediate it would help us with organization and not doubling down on creating new leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gives me multiple ways to view data on my accounts to get a quick idea about what customer metrics look like. With the Outreach integration this is one of our most powerful sales tools.
