**What do you like best about Datasite Outreach?**

You can automate mass emails and centralize replies. The follow-up is much easier than doing it in an Excel spreadsheet. You can also give access to your data room with your marketing teaser.

**What do you dislike about Datasite Outreach?**

Additional features such as legal templates (a click-through NDA for example) would be very beneficial to the value brought by the tool. Market benchmarks would also add value.

**What problems is Datasite Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have to manage the interaction process manually through our mailbox and Excel spreadsheets. Everything can be monitored in one place which is great for a small business.
