really bad user experience, loading issues, issues with salesfroce crm intgegration where it doesn't show the data, a million fields you have to self-populate in order to get what you're looking for. overall, really hard to use - their team however is so great to work with.

Pocus lets me see what folks are doing within our tool and how they're spending their time and highlights signals that might mean it's an appropriate time to engage in sales/partnership conversations.

- There's concern of potential silos in work if not completly integrated correctly which would cause context switching and slow down in work
- There's a risk if the data isn't clean, reps can make decisions off of incorrect data

Pocus is super organized and allows for more tailored and personlized outreach. Very easy to use and customer support is great! I use it at least 3 out of the 5 days a week so pretty frequently and always enjoy being on the platform!

I like that there are several different inboxes (my team calls them buckets) of qualified leads to enroll into Outreach. The integration of Outreach is one of the best things ever. Sometimes I need to quickly add leads to my Outreach and Pocus enables me to do that.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Sometimes data in Pocus is inaccurate but not sure if it's due to Pocus or Salesforce or where the root cause of that is.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pocus solves the challenge that comes with enrolling leads into Outreach campaigns. Looking for leads and qualifying them before reaching out to them is time consuming, but Pocus helps with that. That benefits me by reaching out to more leads faster, and booking more meetings with the right leads.

I love Pocus - frankly, I couldn't imagine my role as a CSM without it anymore. It gives me the data I need on customers in a such a clean and oragnized way. I'm also able to easily enroll a speciifc list of clients into a Salesloft cadence straight from the platform, which has helped me get in touch with clients that would have taken too much effort otherwise.

Sometimes I'm not sure the specific criteria for why certain customers are in certain groups.

-Helping me organize my users into specific lists - who are the champions, who are the admins, etc.
-Being able to easily export specifif lists of users into Salesloft.

It has made day to day life as a CSM more seamless and efficient by saving time identifying opportunities and plays for me to initiate. Specifically, I appreciate how the inbox feature flags recommended plays that I can then use to plan out my day/week. The Pocus support has been extremely valuable, both timely and throught responses. They have beena true partner on helping our organization adopt the platform.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

This might be implementation specific, but sometimes it can be difficult to understand the source of data. However, there are some tool tip featuers like hovering over a "?" that can be customized to include a definition. It would be helpful to have that across the entire platform for example: defining "potential champion."

Helping us identify accounts at risk, user who we should engage with based on activity.

- The search could be a bit better and show all relevant fields that you can select from. Right now when you search you must select one of the options from the dropdown. Would be nice to have a search result page that shows the options and potentially some additional datapoints related to them

Pocus allows me to bring our data and insights from several platforms into one place. Not only can I strategize outreach and account planning faster, but I can do so within the Pocus platform with ease. The ability to create purposeful lists across my entire book of business saves me so much time.

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus has quickly become my absolute favorite tool! I use it every single day. As an Account Executive prospecting is a big part of my job, and prior to Pocus I would spend hours on end trying to find new contacts through various platforms. Now, whenever I'm in need of new contacts I can go into my Pocus inbox and look through pre-generated lead lists. What's even better is Pocus integrates with Outreach, so rather than having to manually input each contact into Outreach, I can quickly select an entire list of contacts and enroll them in an Outreachs sequence. A task that previously took me hours now takes seconds. It truly is the easiest and most helpful tool to implement into your day to day, and I am so beyond thankful to have Pocus in my toolbelt!

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

I've experienced a few glitches in the past, but nothing that wasn't resolved right away. The Pocus team is extremely responsive and helpful in our Slack channel.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit of Pocus is how much time it saves. Prospecting used to be my least favorite task as an Account Executive. It used to take hours of research across multiple different platforms to find solid leads. With Pocus, it's a completely different story! Pocus syncs with Salesforce and pulls information on all of my accounts to generate lead lists for me. These lists are also super specific; my favorite list is "New Senior Users". The amount of conversations I've had from the help of this list is too many to count. I'm able to get in front of decision makers 10x faster and have much more meaningful discussions early on.

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

I love how it takes all of the product data we have (previously scattered across different tools) and brings it all into one place in a format our GTM team can easily digest. It then makes it a seamless process to take action on those insights via integrations with gmail, outreach, etc. 

It was also easy to implement once the data was mapped, leading to value within days of launching the tool. It helped surface great contacts and provided the data to give context on these users, enabling our team to quickly scale quanitity and quality of our outbound efforts. This led to an increase in meetings with decision makers and boosted our pipeline generation efforts.

I'll update this if I find something I dislike!

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two of the big impacts in made:

We used to have our product usage data scattered across many different tools and in different formats that all reuqired a lot of manual work to dig in and make sense of the data. Pocus fixed this by bringing all of our data into one interface made for GTM teams, leading to a much faster time-to-insight 

Once this data was worked through, it was a manually process involving exporting/importing data across different tools to reach out to these contacts. Pocus streamlined that process via their integrations with all of the tools we use, leading to a much faster time-to-action

I love the Pocus team, how they're always there to offer hands-on help as soon as I need it, and how frequently Pocus ships new features that are relevant to my team's efforts.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Nothing much, really, keep the good stuff coming. Some of the issues we encountered were on data structures on our end, but again, the Pocus team worked well within our contraints.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a ton of signups, so many that we could never really figure out which ones were good without just looking at corporate emails. With Pocus, we can easily surface up folks with gmails, etc that are using our product to do really powerful stuff. We use it both within product to power conversations with pro users as well as with Sales.

There are many positives. Pocus saves us so much time, and has played a major role in helping us create clear ROI for PLG at QuickNode. We use Pocus daily, and couldn't operationalize our stack without it. 

The team is also top notch and always there to support with anyhting!

N/A we really have had a positive experience. Early days we ran into some data syncing issues and bugs, but Pocus was always there to help us solve

Pocus helps us identify leads daily. It also helps pump all of our data into SF to develop PQLs for both expansion and net new business. There's a lot that Pocus has helped us with and we continue to look for more ways to grow with the tool!

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus has been instrumental in helping our team identify what users they should spend their time trying to expand and retain. The Pocus team has been an incredible partner in helping us succeed. When ever we have a question or need support they have been extremely quick to responde and resolve any issues.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

On the macro, Pocus is extremely easy to setup. On the day-to-day I sometimes get lost trying to find a particular feature. That is most likely chalked up to the fact that I'm not in the product daily.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pocus helps our team manage their time by identifying who we should reach out to and what the messaging should be for that outreach. With Pocus, we're a more effecient team that drives more revenue than without it.

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

The ease of setup and how we can get running in a matter of days. The data modelling capabalities are unparalled. This gives us so much flexibilty to slice and dice internal data to power playbooks. What has usually taken reps a week now can be done in a matter of minutes. Seen great improvement in identifying new accounts and closing them. An essentail  daily part of our tech stack. The support team is amazing and allways there to help.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

N/a . Will be difficult to run a successful PLS motion without Pocus

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the complex process of identifying qualifeid leads using Pocus. Tying Product and CRM data to surface the best leads all this within the CRM window
