I particularly like the feature for travel costs and appreciate how effortlessly it handles travel cost reimbursements for employees, eliminating the need for manual tracking. The ability to track expenses in certain categories through the system is beneficial. The travel expenses and vendor cards features stand out as great, providing an easy and well-thought-out process, especially for employees. With vendor cards, we can offer employees freedom while still maintaining some controls. **What do you dislike about Pleo?** The registration of the date of card payments, accounting, and book-keeping are all still very manual, and the system does not register or learn details of expenses very well on its own. DATEV integration is improvable. The tool should learn how to allocate expenses after a while. There are some bugs in the accounting part that need to be solved. **What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Pleo for convenient travel reimbursements without manual tracking, and it helps track expenses by categories. Vendor cards give employees freedom with restrictions, but registration and bookkeeping are manual, and DATEV integration needs improvement. ### 2. This lack of complexity means that I can get things done quickly without any hassle. **What do you dislike about Pleo?** Not super complicated, but I had to ask for a code from someone in the HR department. **What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Pleo for reimbursement, like paying for my gym and getting reimbursed. Freezing the card is instant and unfreezing is as well, which is great as a user. They also provide both a physical and a digital version of the card for use in different scenarios. **What do you dislike about Pleo?** Overall, it works, but ultimately they are limited by their customer service hours which is Sweden CET. Disputing a charge is also not ideal. It's not a direct relationship with the network i.e. Mastercard or Visa, so they are acting on your behalf when you have an issue. That obfuscation is not good if you want control over issues that pop up. **What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the issue of the company issuing a credit card to certain employees and enables the account administrator to set a monthly budget limit. This level of control is useful if you need to ensure you don't go over budget in any given month. ### 12. It would be useful for the tags that their last assigned choice is saved and then automatically to appear on the next transaction. Also, it would be better if the users had the option to add the TAX amount on their own. This could save time for the admins. It would be useful to have a more helpful "Subscriptions" tab report with more info that the admins can export to analyse if needed. It would be interesting to add a feature where reminders for missing receipts are sent to the users to ensure that they add them on time. **What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It contributes a lot by offering a friendly app that users can use. The admins can have better control over the expenses and the limits. ### 13.
