The things we like best is the ability to do payments online, the Pleo Pocket feature and the direct integration with our accounting service. For example if an employee is making a high value purchase, his/her manager should be able to approve it. Currently they are just notified. It is very hard to flag transactions as fraudulent without getting in touch with the Pleo team via email. The entity setup process takes a long time. There is no direct way to run reports.
