It's easy to use, easy to pause when there is a lull in my business, and most important: My clients LOVE the layout and find it super easy to use for approval and making comments on posts. I will continue using it, as it has saved me from receiving 300 emails back and forth for changes, and instead I can just get an approval right in the app and schedule it right away. I appreciate that with Planable, I'm able to post to multiple platforms in one space without having to log in to each of them separately, which really helps with time management. It's easier to see what has been completed, and I can have multiple clients signed in to their different social media platforms at the same time on the same calendar, which helps with organization.

I like the simplified interface that's easy to navigate, as I found other products weren't as clean. The initial setup was very easy, and I caught onto it quickly. Planable is a very user-friendly program for planning social media posts for several different companies. The program is well organized and intuitive to use. I especially like the option to generate hashtags based on the text I’ve written. It also doesn’t seem to have any problems handling multiple photos and videos, even when I schedule several posts across our different companies.

I haven’t needed customer support yet, but the automated introductory training was clear and easy to follow. Planable is currently used by two colleges. My college has the main access rights, and I’ve been added as a second user. Overall, it works fine, but we still haven’t been able to figure out whether it’s possible for me to get full user rights as well. For example, when the main user was on vacation, one of the posts hadn’t been approved yet (she forgot), and I couldn’t resolve that from my account. Big fan of anything drag and drop so as a user that is a big plus being able to drag onto the calendar. It is an intuitive platform to use, it didn't take much time to get the hang of it. As a small user there does not seem to be an intermediate or low use payment option. The step from free to $30 a month is really high for a small company like me, I only post once or twice a week but I would love to keep using Planable after my trial runs out and pay like $10 a month for 10/15 scheduled posts or something like that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I like that I can request approvals from multiple people, I do wish there were "levels" of approval. For example I'd love for my manager to see and approve content/suggest edits first and then be able to send it to the CEO for final sign off rather than having to assign it to both of them at the same time. I also love how planable gives me the best times, allows me to write seperate copy for each post, and the recent claude mcp connector is beautiful and so insanely helpful.

i wish the media was a little easier to switch back and forth for longer videos and that there weren't video limits/having to post directly on platform but i recognize that is a facebook backend issue and plannable cant do anything about that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area that could be improved is LinkedIn publishing. When scheduling shares of other LinkedIn posts, the preview does not appear correctly, so we often have to publish them manually instead. It would also be very helpful to have the option to select a custom thumbnail or preview image for videos before publishing.

Another limitation is the cap on the number of posts included in the plan. For teams managing several brands or accounts, this limit can be restrictive and may require additional planning or upgrades.

I use Planable to manage social media and content for both my own and client brands. I love how we can actually see what a post will look like on each different social media channel. I like that you are able to truly collaborate with the team making it easy to see where we are with the posts and can normally rely on the intregrations to work and depend that the post will go live when shceduled. I Also really like that you can post to most platforms where other software may be limited. I think in general it is very user friendly and takes a small learning curve to make it happen. The analytics can definitely be a bit more robust and provide more value than it currently has, also the sync feature cna be your biggest demise whe nyou accidentally forget to un-trigger it as it doe sit automatically you can find yourself re-typing the post multiple times.
