I just completed my 5th survey with People Element, and my experiences have been uniformly positive. The process is straightforward, and there is excellent client support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The base report is very useful, but I almost always get questions that data can't answer. I with there was better support for providing a dataset that would allow us to do more of our own cross-tabbing (while respecting anonymity). Also, I think Net Promoter Score is more suitable for some cases than others - I would like to option to not include it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
