**What do you like best about People Element?**

I love how user-friendly the entire platform is. It was easy to implement, integrate, and it offers extensive reporting features. The price is extremely competitive especially considering the unlimited access to surveys. We've also had excellent experiences with the entire team at People Element from implementation, to ongoing survey support.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

There's nothing I would change, this platform offers my company everything we need to succeed in employee engagement.

**What problems is People Element solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been great for surveying more than two thousand team members across our multi-site organization. The platform also allows us to do a deeper dive into the survey results by location, which makes it much easier to understand what’s happening at each site.

I like that we're able to customize our surveys, that we have unlimited surveys, and that the platform leverages AI to help us understand the data/output.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

The tool is great overall, however, there is a lot required by the end-user. The team is supportive and responsive, however, I wish that there was a little more support administratively

**What problems is People Element solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since implementing the platform almost 6 years ago, it's been extremely helpful as we continue to work on improving engagement across the organization. It's also been helpful to be able to share historical data with our new leaders.

**What do you like best about People Element?**

I just completed my 5th survey with People Element, and my experiences have been uniformly positive. The process is straightforward, and there is excellent client support.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

The base report is very useful, but I almost always get questions that data can't answer. I with there was better support for providing a dataset that would allow us to do more of our own cross-tabbing (while respecting anonymity). Also, I think Net Promoter Score is more suitable for some cases than others - I would like to option to not include it.

**What problems is People Element solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hearing the voice of our employees and surfacing issues. It is especially helpful in highlighting divergences, such as high favorability on "My manager supports my professional development" while showing low favorability on "I feel I have the opportunity to be promoted." It is also helpful in helping to level set issues, for example showing a team with very low favorability in one dimension that overall favorability for that dimension is high. This allows us to focus on root causes rather than argue about state.

What we liked most about the engagement survey platform was its ease of use, clear reporting, and ability to generate actionable insights that leadership could quickly understand and apply.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

Areas for improvement include shortening the overall survey length, particularly for our frontline population, to help reduce survey fatigue and increase participation. Additionally, some employees expressed concerns about confidentiality, specifically related to the use of the last digits of their employee number, which created a perception that responses could be traced back to individuals

**What problems is People Element solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The engagement survey has been instrumental in shaping the culture we need to move forward, particularly in fostering greater empathy, awareness, and connection across the organization.  It helped open leadership’s eyes to how employees truly experience engagement and support, providing honest insights into where leaders currently stand and where growth is needed.

I like the integrations with Paylocity systems, as well as the availability of demographic metrics and AI features.

I dislike the inability to fully customize question items/create a question from scratch.

People Element gives us a way for employees to leave their input and express their satisfaction levels in both anonymous and demographic driven ways.

You can create any survey of your choice in a matter of minutes using templates. Integration with our TMS database was pretty simple, providing live updates of any changes in census.

Hard to come up with any drawbacks of PE platform.

For a years we were missing some crucial information - what drives our driver to seek opportunities outside of our organization. Now we have answers, what concerns them the most and how we can address it.

People Element is easy to implement and use. Survey creation is a breeze, as is distribution and reminders. I especially like that reminders are targeted and only go to those who still need to complete the survey.

I had some trouble with report creation, so it would be great if that functionality was a little smoother.

People Element is confirming engagement issues we've long known about and suspected, but now it's giving us data we need to plan and make changes that benefit the workplace.

People Element's platform makes it so easy to analyze survey data to see trends and areas of opportunity. No more manual calculation and spreadsheets! It also helps keep data anonymous. The support team is also fantastic, they are always quick to respond and always provide great customer service.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

The site can be glitchy and it's not always the fastest to get the glitches resolved, but I know the team are working on the issues on the back end.

The platform has capabilities that allows us to create surveys for our clients, and provides access to our clients in a secure fashion.

Customer support is also readily available.

We use it for engagement surveys and from the start it's been seriously easy to set up and use. Our Reps Kim and Clinton have been seriously great partners. Both with a wealth of knowledge, super responsive and give great advice. Reporting is super easy and loved the partnership with Kim and Clinton in helping us every year in delivering our overall results.

Nothing bad to say! It's a great product!

**What problems is People Element solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the last 3 years we've been able to easily roll out engagement survey using Kiosk mode and have gotten very good participation. It's solve our ability to use the information to help pin point opportunity areas that our managers and Employee Relations can partner and create strategic improvement plans. Also has improved overall company communications.

The customer service is phenominal! Very quick and descriptive. The tool is also very easy to follow and report off of too. Also worth mentioning that the surveys on the participants side, is extremely user friendly. We use it for all our New Hire and Exit Surveys and once a year for an Engagement Survey to our population.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

Wish the dasboard was a bit more customizable as far as the widgets.

We have been able to place quantative data on how to improve our organization through these surveys. It's become a great tool for us to compare year to year.

What I like the most are their support specialists on their website. You can click on the chat box the Support Specialists are almost always readily available and are very patient and helpful.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

I dislike some of the reporting, like the Raw Data report and the Comments report. I think the way they are presented are very rough on the eyes, it should be easier on the eyes or more organized.

Some of our business units have utilized the New Hire Survey and Engagement Survey feature. People Element benefits us by providing a questionnaire library with data pertaining to each response which is very helpful.

Initially was challenging to know how to upload information to get the correct data cuts for reporting but with support from People Element, it's very easy now.

Temperature check on how employees are engaging on various elements (Covid/Mental Well-being, overall engagement); strong measurement for various initiatives we've implemented i.e. DE&I

The survery platform was easy to implemate, intergrate and is easy to use for the administrators and participants, it has many features. We first got it to survey engagment and now we use it frequently for multiple different surveys . We had a rep. from day one and anytime I have a question that same rep. responds in a very timely manner.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

Nothing, anytime I was stumped on what to do, a quick email to Megan and my problem is resolved and she sends me PE step by step guides.

People Element is a great tool to survey your employees and get a pulse on how engagement is going and your business's overall strengths and weaknesses. I like how you can filter responses by different questions and variables.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

The software itself is a little clunky when you are trying to filter for specific data or look at a specific element within your broader survey. Sometimes the parameters were not available for what I was trying to search for.

People Element allows us to ask our employees a variety of questions and then use those responses to get a pulse on our employee engagement. It also allows us to find any red flags and how to address those.

It took me a minute or two to figure out how to look at the comments but I figured it out and all was well.

**What do you like best about People Element?**

I've used People Element at two companies. Here at current company, I've used the product for engagement surveys. At previous company, I used the product for both surveys and performance review at year end. This was a while back so not sure how relevant. For surveys its easy to use. I've never ran into issues. For performance reviews, this was not the right tool for the job.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

I think the look can be refreshed; e.g. the buttons, icons, text size. Functionally the product works fine - its just the look that can be improved.

People Element gets amazing response rates. They ask the right questions to give me insightful data. I can rely on their exit interview data to be unbiased, accurate, and thorough.

**What do you dislike about People Element?**

I like how I can compare my organization to others in my industry and even globally on every question of the survey. Benchmarking our exit interview data with peers always brightens my day and reminds me just how good our culture is.

People Element helps me see the real reasons for turnover. Internally conducted exit interviews are never 100% accurate. I can rely on People Element's 3rd party survey data to be 100% honest and unbiased.

It's easy to use and easy to pull reports. I like the suggestion that is given too.

People Element is helping leadership know feedback from their employees regarding engagement with the company culture, leaders, benefits, etc.

Good reporting and metrics. We needed the benchmark data and they have a good base. I like the executive presentations.

Pricing was better than competitors but we misunderstood the billing details when we first enrolled.
