What do you like best about People Element?

I just completed my 5th survey with People Element, and my experiences have been uniformly positive. The process is straightforward, and there is excellent client support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about People Element?

The base report is very useful, but I almost always get questions that data can't answer. I with there was better support for providing a dataset that would allow us to do more of our own cross-tabbing (while respecting anonymity). Also, I think Net Promoter Score is more suitable for some cases than others - I would like to option to not include it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Areas for improvement include shortening the overall survey length, particularly for our frontline population, to help reduce survey fatigue and increase participation. People Element's platform makes it so easy to analyze survey data to see trends and areas of opportunity. No more manual calculation and spreadsheets! It also helps keep data anonymous. We use it for engagement surveys and from the start it's been seriously easy to set up and use. Our Reps Kim and Clinton have been seriously great partners. Both with a wealth of knowledge, super responsive and give great advice.
