Here at current company, I've used the product for engagement surveys. At previous company, I used the product for both surveys and performance review at year end. This was a while back so not sure how relevant. For surveys its easy to use. I've never ran into issues. For performance reviews, this was not the right tool for the job. **What do you dislike about People Element?** I think the look can be refreshed; e.g. the buttons, icons, text size.
