"Oracle Incentive Compensation"

What do you like best?

It is easy to use and update easily.it is update to the configuration. it is easy to extent complex business. this software performance is great with simple design. user friendly and easy to navigate along different sites. collections, calculation and payment can be manage with minimum time.

What do you dislike?

this software require business knowledge with systematic plans. last step of this software is very confusing. it is not easy to use functional configuration and setup. There are no load files for employee set ups to be done in CRM and has to be set up manually

I recommened to this software beacause it is very helpful in bussiness knowledge and it is easy to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

this software eliminate multiple spreadsheet. this is primarily to calculate commission for sales done by associates. I am not using this software because this software require business knowledge.

"Awesome global variable compensation application for organization."

What do you like best?

Biggest advantage of this is it help us to create and maintain planning and calculation spreadsheets. Other important thing is it is very user friendly than other related applications. Also it interface is very easy and straight one.

What do you dislike?

Biggest issue of this is it create confuse to user when start installation. Other than this we can't say any disadvantage about this.

It best application for your organization. Buy paid package give better and advance facilities.

It help our organization to eliminate many of Spreadsheet also it help us to save our time.

"Best automated compensation management system"

What do you like best?

I like this very much Because of the accuracy on transaction and easiness of this use. It help us to reduce time in calculation part and planning implementations.

What do you dislike?

Very big issue in this is it's installation process is very hard and confusing. Other one is cost of the pro package is very high.

You can use this for your organization it is worth for your money.

"Good product, full features"

What do you like best?

Oracle has been behind the ball with SPM (sales performance management) but they are catching up quickly. The UI is probably one of the cleanest ones out there. Their offering improved greatly year on year

What do you dislike?

Like with most all SaaS products the implementation cycle seems long and expensive

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're in the market for SPM you should definitely consider them. I looked at the other players and chose one of them because they had more experience in the field at the time. Now that it's been a few years I'm sure Oracle has caught up

Calculating sales performance and sales management. I did not purchase this solution but compared it against several others

"Simple to explore, easy to understand"

What do you like best?

The capacity to refresh exchanges effectively. The capacity to refresh the arrangement.

What do you dislike?

The underlying set up is lumbering and confounding.

What do you like best?

Ability to track the project from the start to the finish of the project with the ability to review and get back in for each step and see what has been billed and the retainage held for each invoice submitted

What do you dislike?

The clarity of the visibility of what is pending

What do you like best?

Accurate and can be incorporated into varied business transactions

Eliminates the headache of creating and maintaining multiple planning and calculation spreadsheets

Integrated to both Order management and Account receivables to support SAAS, H/w, S/w transactions for thousands of users

Collections, calculatios and payment processes can be scheduled with minimum manual intervention

Customized analytics and reports

UI can be more user friendly, requires thorough business knowledge of compensation plans

I was part of the quality team using OIC to ensure it meets predefined quality criteria

"Flexible & scalable Compensation application"

What do you like best?

Very scalable, flexible, easy to extend to complex business needs for clients in specfic industrial or global

What do you dislike?

not easy to do functional configuration/setup. It can be challenging for business user to configure setup on their own.

if you have right resource to implement with strong internal business users/support, you have good chance to succeed with this product

sales credit can be split by multiple year contracts/projects, multiple regions by certain type customers

"OIC is a very flexible product to implement. You need a good developer in addition to the functional"

It provides many out of the box interfaces to HR, CRM, OM, and A/R

It does not provide for Creating and signing off of the Incentive compensation plan by the employee or manager

What do you like best?

The easy to use and implement design. The performance and scalability is great.

What do you dislike?

The need to buy additional modules to implement OIC. The license cost.

Just make a decision if your incentive program is going to be large so you will be satisfied paying a higher cost to Oracle.

The implementation that I work with is primarily to calculate commission for sales done by associates.

What do you like best?

User friendly

Easy to navigate along different tabs

Consumes less time to generate calculations in system

What do you dislike?

All employee set ups has to be done in CRM in order to reflect in OIC

There are no load files for employee set ups to be done in CRM and has to be set up manually

Reporting is limited
