The speed and aglity that it delivers for managers to view their teams' results. Leaderboards are updated daily and leaders can quickly search or drill into any detail. Our transition to Forma Ai has seen some impactful changes for our company. The ease of use of the system has made it easier for our SIP area teams to manage their day to day workload. We also have been able to build a great rapport with the Forma Ai customer support team and this has allowed for increased speed in resolving issues, discussing open items, and building/developing new features to align to our business needs. Lastly, we were able to implement this system within a short time period (less than 1 year) and are seeing improvements in our day to day operations as well as our overall SIP processes. What I like most about Forma.ai is that I don't need to spend time hunting for information on where I stand, and how I stack up against peers. The overview dashboard provides a clear visual, both numerically and graphically, of earnings, attainment, attainment to quota, and pipeline. When i want detail or want to get into the weeds on something, I can view this by month and get down to the transaction level. Another benefit is that I can always review my comp plan and the different thresholds for my commission rates. It's just very to see my data without having to do a lot of work. My one issue, which is likely an internal one, is that near month-end and quarter-end, most of us would like the data to be loaded and refreshed more often. Easy for us to request, but not so sure some of the other 'data collection' systems support it. Sales folks have shorter patience the closer it gets to payday.
