The attainment and earnings data at the rep level has become a genuine input into how I build enablement programs. I can see which reps are consistently falling short of specific thresholds and work backward to understand whether the gap is skill-based, activity-based or structural. That diagnostic capability did not exist in a usable form before Visdum. I am building programs now that are more targeted because the data tells me where the gaps actually are rather than where managers think they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The enablement-specific reporting I want to build requires pulling data into an external tool. A learning and development view within the platform that connected attainment patterns to training completion would make this workflow significantly more efficient.
