"Compensation IT - Consultant's review"
What do you like best about Varicent?
The ease of creating new functionalities and maintainability. The Varicent product is fast at both loading/publishing data as well as Calculations (on PPO) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Varicent?
Nothing in particular, but if Varicent could provide a little more flexibility for customers to build and integrate third-party reporting modules, I think it would greatly help. Also integrated ETL tool could be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
