Varicent also provides excellent customer support and strong client engagement activities. The education and training continue to improve as well; they keep refining and expanding their offerings. Presenter Adaptive has made report creation easier for us. ELT is a powerful data transformation tool, and we’re continually discovering new ways to use it.

I like how Varicent handles inquiry management and the plan approval workflow manager. The dashboarding capabilities are great, especially with the ability to set permissions by group and tree-based permissions. I can designate specific reports for various stakeholders beyond just the sales org. It's a huge benefit to easily bring in Finance and Admin leadership with their own access levels.
