What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

Recommendations to others considering OfficeSpace Software:

Very user-friendly! Not only will the bldg Ops team be happy but also the employees when integrating it with slack and using the hotkeys.. i.e /find /book /printer or office supplies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

2019 My CFO asked me to shuffle departments around from one building to the next (roughly 987 total moves) OfficeSpace gave me the abilitiy to present to each E/C level member my strategy. Once scenarios were made, move-manager emails sent out with info on where the employee is moving to, what is needed from them to make the process go smooth plus the day and time. Long story short i'm 100% sure I couldn't have relo 987+ employees within three days and only losing one employee packed up box.

What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

OfficeSpace has been a great resource for our Workplace and Facilities Management team for several years. Our employee base has access to view all our offices across the country, and visualizing our spaces in one place is much easier than sorting through drawing files. We complete a lot of moves and are consistently adding new spaces to our portfolio, and updating these in our system is easy with the help of the Support team at OfficeSpace. As Workplace Strategist, the reporting capabilities are also important to tracking our metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?

I wish I could more easily make changes to our floorplans myself when we add/remove desks, change room layouts, etc. However, the OfficeSpace support team is very accommodating to any requests we have and makes updating our plans easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
