What do you like best about Delve?

Delve was a great partner for our SOC 2 Type I and Type II journey. Their customer support team was amazing, super patient, responsive, and always happy to help whenever we had questions. We really appreciated how structured and guided the platform was. It made the whole process much less overwhelming and easy to implement. The team made sure we were doing things the right way while helping us resolve small issues along the way. Overall, a great experience and a service I’d absolutely recommend to others to use. What do you dislike about Delve?

What do you like best about Delve?

I love how Delve made obtaining SOC 2 Type 1 compliance super quick and simple, taking just weeks. The step-by-step instructions are super clear, and whenever I needed more details, the team was super responsive, answering within minutes. This responsiveness really helped expedite the entire process, especially when dealing with tasks involving AWS screenshots that I wasn't familiar with. What do you dislike about Delve?

In addition to the instructions, having a couple of screenshots would have helped. All of the platforms change their UI quite a bit, and so it was not clear where I should be looking on the page. What do you like best about Delve?

I think a lot of the features are very convenient for a small team like us. They help me set up internal processes, like employee onboarding and offboarding, and I've used Delve to structure the way we do things quite a bit. Most of the tooling is friendly enough so that the processes never become overwhelming. Delve provides a useful step-by-step guide and a lot of templates for compliance policies, governance processes, and other basic things we needed to set up. The integrations on the tech side, like with Posthog and GCP, just worked really well and were very straightforward to understand. I also liked that the Delve team handles the interaction with auditors directly, which removes a lot of complexity for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

What I liked best about Delve was how hands-on and approachable the team was throughout the entire SOC 2 process. They were incredibly responsive, clear in their guidance, and genuinely helpful at every step, which made what can be a very stressful and complex process feel manageable. There wasn’t much to dislike overall. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be having even clearer timelines and milestone expectations set upfront. While the team was very responsive and supportive throughout, a bit more structure around timing early on would make planning internal resources even easier. What do you like best about Delve?

Streamlined process to getting documents and processes for ISO 27001/SOC 2 operational, especially if you already have some experience with either program or similar programs. The vendor evaluation process was mature and thorough. Likewise, the security training for employees and employee device IT controls were straightforward and very simple to consume. Inclusion of a 3rd-party pen test was especially helpful. Support was excellent, response to issues was rapid and remediation was rapid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

Minor issues with Trust center file names (not all document names are editable by the user). ISMS procedure documents aren't separate entities; the procedures are implicit based on policy requirements and Tech integrations. What do you like best about Delve?

I enjoy using Delve for our company's security and SOC2 compliance training. It keeps all of our compliance training in one spot and provides regular reminders that it needs to be completed. The training is a more enjoyable experience than I've had with others in the past. I like the video trainings because they include up-to-date information and best practices, and they're actually enjoyable to watch. A unique feature I appreciate is the verification of security settings, which ensures I'm following security policies and protecting my data. It helps me avoid guessing and points me to the right settings based on my operating system, making it foolproof. The initial setup was easy, which is a huge plus. What do you dislike about Delve?

I use Delve for its simplicity in handling compliance needs, making it easier for non-compliance experts. The responsiveness of the team is something I appreciate. Delve abstracts the compliance complexities very well, saving me a lot of time compared to doing it manually. I love that it provides prebuilt integration suites and the ability to record exceptions, which would have taken ages otherwise.
