What do you like best about Delve?

What I liked best about Delve was how hands-on and approachable the team was throughout the entire SOC 2 process. They were incredibly responsive, clear in their guidance, and genuinely helpful at every step, which made what can be a very stressful and complex process feel manageable. What do you dislike about Delve?

There wasn’t much to dislike overall. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be having even clearer timelines and milestone expectations set upfront. While the team was very responsive and supportive throughout, a bit more structure around timing early on would make planning internal resources even easier. What do you like best about Delve?

THE BEST Compliance guide/tool on the market. Compliance often feels overwhelming and extremely intimidating, but Delve makes the process much more manageable. With Delve, you can go from 0% to 100% compliance quickly and easily. The most impressive aspect is that you don’t need to be an expert—the platform guides you step by step through the entire process. We’re using it for SOC2, and their in-platform AI tool, along with the overall guidance, provides clear instructions on exactly what needs to be done to pass or remediate tests.

Easy to implement, easy to integrate, and I use it daily.

"Solid, no-nonsense platform for keeping our compliance work moving"
What do you like best about Delve?

I lead Terrapin, a receipt intelligence platform, so we live and die on clean processes and auditability. Delve gives us a simple way to keep our SOC 2 and security work visible and moving without drowning the team in “enterprise” overhead.

What I like most is that it’s opinionated enough to keep us structured, but not so rigid that we can’t work the way a startup actually works. Tasks, owners, deadlines, and evidence are all in one place, which means when we’re building and shipping product (and chasing our own customers), we’re not also hunting for scattered docs and spreadsheets. What do you dislike about Delve?

The reporting could go a step further. As a founder, I want a one-glance view that ties open risk/compliance tasks to business impact - similar to how we think about Terrapin’s metrics (savings per user, volume of receipts processed, etc). What do you like best about Delve?

I use Delve for compliance and I feel so relieved when I use it because it works. Delve makes it so easy for me to add new integrations and make them compliant while I'm working. My favorite part is seeing the percentage completeness when I'm uploading docs and screenshots; it's nice and gives me a lot of perspective on when something will be done, providing more visibility. What do you like best about Delve?

I use Delve to get speedy approvals for SOC II Type 1 and Type 2 compliance. It really helps by solving the need to understand compliance and what is critical for our business size. I love how it provides a dashboard to streamline information gathering for requirements. The automated testing for some vendors, allowing us to auto-approve when configured correctly, is a big plus. The team is extremely responsive and got us a quick turnaround on compliance. I valued the automated vendor connections for vendors like Supabase and Vercel, which immediately show us what we need to add to our configurations to become compliant. What do you dislike about Delve?

What do you like best about Delve?

Delve made achieving HIPAA compliance incredibly straightforward - we wrapped everything up in under a week to meet a critical customer deadline. The platform walks you through each requirement clearly, and the support team was there whenever we had questions about implementation details. Since we already had SOC 2 through Delve, adding HIPAA was seamless, with the platform automatically identifying what we'd already covered and what specific additions we needed for healthcare compliance. Some info regarding HIPAA and SOC2 need to be clarified a bit with the team and aren't readily available. It would be good to have some information regarding what to expect as most is word of mouth. What do you like best about Delve?

I find their customer support to be incredibly fast, even on weekends and evenings, which I really like. They move quickly to resolve issues. The platform is fairly intuitive, and setting it up was extremely easy. I was able to get access quickly, and anytime I had questions, I just asked and got help right away. What do you dislike about Delve?

They're still early in their product development, so there are some pain points. Sometimes it was a bit buggy, but it wasn't really an issue because they were so fast to resolve stuff. Getting all the required documents from subprocessors was the most time-consuming part. Going forward, more partnerships to facilitate this would be amazing, but that's not really on Delve's side. What do you dislike about Delve?

While Delve is excellent overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial onboarding process, while comprehensive, can feel overwhelming when you're first getting started - more guided walkthroughs or templates for common compliance scenarios would be helpful. The integration ecosystem is solid but could be expanded to include more niche tools that smaller companies use. Additionally, while the automated evidence collection is fantastic, having more granular control over what evidence is collected and how it's categorized would be valuable for companies with unique compliance requirements. Finally, the reporting and analytics features could be enhanced to provide more customizable dashboards that help communicate compliance status to different stakeholders like boards, customers, and auditors in formats tailored to each audience.
