## Thrive learning Reviews
 ### 1. Don't believe the hype

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Does all the basic features of an LMS well.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Severe lack of deep data reporting, content creation can be frustrating and things like AI content creation and integrations all cost extra. Customisation of the pages is very basic and there is no option to translate pages seemslessly. Being able to put branding up and customisation is severely lacking. The account managers talk a big game but when it comes down to actually helping you, they disappear. There is no skills analysis or career mapping and event management is very frustrating. Navigating is not seamless and the search feature is just as frustrating. AI features are only search and content creation and both are not good. It does all the basic things ok but overall ease of use and navigation is quite poor. This is a marketing company that is masquerading as an LMS provider.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive gives us the ability to put content up so everyone can access it.

 ### 2. Game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

I love how Thrive is changing the game when it comes to learning! It makes it more engaging for learner and helps to create a great learning culture within businesses. Learning no longer needs to be boring. You can get creative with the campaign feature and draw colleagues into learning.

Ian O'Rouke is great and always supporting us whenever we need him answering any questions we have or helping us to get the most out of Thrive

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

There are a few features of Thrive that are quite limiting, for example when creating audiences or the file size when uploading videos however Thrive is constantly innovating and chaging the platform to meet the needs of their customers and these 'dislikes' become likes.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encouraging a learning culture for non mandatory training. It creates an environment where people want to go and learn.

 ### 3. It just works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | Head of Learning Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

From administration to user experience, Thrive works. There are a lot of platforms pushing their USPs that end up being a headache to use.

Since we moved to Thrive, engagement in our platform and content has shot up, and feedback from end users has been great.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Sometimes new features get released that could do with more testing and feedback. Having said that, most get quickly developed and updated.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's putting content at the point of need for users allowing them to uphill and hit development and promotional goals more quickly

 ### 4. Thrive is a easy to use LXP with straight forward features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

- Great customers service that has so far helped me and the organization so much to reach our internal goals
- Thrive is expansive and dynamic, it has many possibilities for any type of need
- Thrive is easy to use with many straight forward features that mostly require a simple video or quick explanation before the user grasps the concept for the feature (such as managing audiences, teams, uploading content, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

- The site often takes long to load, leaving some users impatient
- There are a number of issues that were reported in the past, such as videos being blurry at the start that have not yet been resolved. This has a bad influence on learners experience
- Despite its expansiveness it can be very static as well at points, making it hard to adhere to all learning needs. I wish the platform could have more personalized features in order to ensure all types of companies could use it without limitations

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing and tracking training. This was done manually before which often would fall on me to create trackers and to help SMEs and Head of Departments to track completion and to distribute the training to the right people.
In addition, Thrive has made it easier to create training for SMEs and so after a quick explanation, SMEs are able to work completely independently without anyhelp from L&D. This gives me the chance to focus on other things, such as creating training to promotes company culture and helps people develop personally. Which is Thrive great for as well with their campaign and share feature.

 ### 5. Great platform for centralizing modern and relevant content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbie S. | Learning And Development Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

All content is centralized and easy to search learning resources. The content contains gamification elements and modern/relevant content to reflect current events. Lots of webinars and events to join to ensure the most is made of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Thrive should allow individual teams to have their own page [similar to social media] where forums, shared content can be uploaded onto that specific page. Users can then subscribe to those teams to follow content update. Content could be shared via Teams rather than solely email to increase engagement.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft and other system/It functions; it also allows for a centralised location where employees can access learning resources on a need-to-know basis, so it is easy to locate. This is benefitting L&D and respective Team leaders by steering employees in the appropriate direction, enabling self-directed learning.

 ### 6. Thrive and Places for People

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Thrive offer bitesize learning for Places for People colleagues, learning is accessible and designed to cater for both professional and personal development needs.

The Thrive catalogue is also used for specific compliance/industry regulation viewing or where a specific set of colleagues need to expand on a skill set in a non-compulsory setting.

Thrive provide a user friendly accessible viewing journey that makes learning effortless for all colleagues. They are also constantly making upates to ensure all levles of accessibility are addressed, which is something that Places fo People have as a top priority.

Thrive make my role easier as I am able to dive into the diverse offering of resources within the catalogue and browse an array of topics.

The courses are also available in varying formats SCORMs/Video/PDFs/Podcasts and they are viewable on any device which has access to the internet.

The way in which updates are communicated and new realeases is issues is also timely and enables me to plan my campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

I honeslty can't really say that there is a downside of Thrive learning as I have had nothing but positive feedback from colleagues who are engaging with the content.

I guess the only point I could raise would be that I wish that more people were viewing the content, I am working on strategies to push views/ completions etc but this is not a worry for Thrive ;-) It's a journey trying to foster a learning culture, but I am glad to that I have Thrive on my side as you do help!

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not really a problem, but Thrive are working on adding Transcripts to all learning which fits in well with our company accessibility piece.

**Official Response from Carly Unsworth:**

> Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We're thrilled that Thrive are supporting you in making your role easier, and looking forward to our next steps together!

 ### 7. Best LXP I've ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zdravko (Zee) G. | Senior Learning & Development Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Thrive is intuative. If you know how to navigate any social media platform, you already know the basics of Thrive. Anyone can upload content which allows for your org to create a true culture of learning where different people from different departments are sharing knowledge!

The implementation was awesome and a process that I wish others would follow for software deployments. We got a dedicated implementation manager who helped us create goals for various points in time and walked through everything over the course of a few weeks to ensure that we fully understood the new tool.

Our Customer Success Manager took over after implentation to ensure that we always have what we need to be successful and that people are using the tool.

We chose Thirve in part to be able to provide future integrations with other tools like Udemy, Open Sesame or LinkedIn Learning.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Wish they had formal certificates you can download after completing each course, especially if you have an ILT. Honestly that's about it. Our team has really grown to love it and use it frequently for compliance and non-compliance training a like.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-boarding process and flow has been formalised within Thrive.
Compliance training can be conducted annually, with messages sent out automatically.
Teams sharing knowledge within the team and cross-fuctionally - this used to get lost in Slack and Confluence.
Closing skills gaps.

**Official Response from Cassie Gasson:**

> Thanks so much for the kind review Zdravko! Certification has actually just landed in Thrive too, so all your boxes are ticked :D Nate, your CSM, will send over all the information and everything you need to start using the great new feature. Thanks again!

 ### 8. Thrive with Thrive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The service offered is outstanding. From implementation (which was super-easy) to ongoing support. As a super-admin user I access the site daily to see who has been looking at or for what to inform our L&D offer across the comnpany, compliance figures and who has been commenting. This is something we've never had before. Integrating Thrive into our company was a breeze in comparison to lots of other changes that have taken place recently. Brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

There are a few things we'd like more control over as super-admins, but our customer support manager really takes our suggestions on board and we often see product improvements as a result.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health and safety compliance - safety is our number one imperative so being able to effectively monitor this in the platform is perfect.
Understanding what people are looking at - we think we know, but we don't. Understanding what users want is key; it's not always a perfect match to the company.

 ### 9. Thrive is great platform!!

 ### 10. Incredibly insightful to hear from different L&D teams and fun to hear from Fearne, Dan, and Spencer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rach D. | Learning and Development Trainer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

It's a great way to contain and track learning resources, business communications, contact colleagues, and share other business details or product details.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

That the character limit on sharing training sessions is so small!

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That learning and development are all in one place along with product training from suppliers

 ### 11. Being new to the admin/back office side of thrive.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

I like how you get notified when new/mandatory learning is assigned. I like how we can pull data out of thrive for example outstanding and incomplete learning as this helps us drive compliance. I like how you can personalise home screens for different arms of the business.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

I feel the naviagtion at times can be tricky. Alot of colleagues struggle with phone software or landscape layouts of content and not being able to view it.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a comprehensive suite filled with learning content. Colleagues can log in to find support for the job role at the click of a button

 ### 12. Great platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsty F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The team at Thrive are always available to give out helpful advice and the product team work with you to create new features to benefit the user experience.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

The range of platform reports and platform access could be improved however this issue has been flagged and is currently being looked at and developed.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a wide range of clients and sites making it impossible to meet them all on day one. Having the online learning platform we can assign the correct mandatory learning to the employees and set reminders/ completion dates.

**Official Response from Carly Unsworth:**

> Thanks so much for the feedback and taking time to write a review Kirsty. It's always a pleasure working with you and the team.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Thrive has heaps of potential for my learners, i currently dont have anything i dislike!

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive provides 250 employees learning and development, as well as an opportunity for colleuges across all our businesses to connect and communicate. As it grows within our business it will be the central point for all our internal documents, process and policies which will be a huge benefit, having one place to store everything our learners need.

**Official Response from Carly Unsworth:**

> Hi Sophy, thank you so much for your positive feedback. Thrilled that the team have been able to support you in setting into your role.

 ### 15. Great product that is improving regularly with great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The access to a community of people using the product - we can learn from one another and inspire ways to engage our employees.

Additional services come at quite a large price for smaller businesses.

Tracking learning. Improving our internal communications.

 ### 17. Helpful micro learning covering a good range of topics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The content we use from Thrive learning helps us to fill in the gaps of our portfolio. The learning resources are helpful, short and cover a good range of the topics we need for our colleagues. The format of the content integrates well with our own learning system. This makes it easy to implement and access.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Being micro learning can mean that some topics are covered at a fairly basic level and they don't always challenge the learner. While this is fine for the majority of our learners, it can leave gaps for those who want a bit more expertise.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive learning helps us to fill any gaps in our portfolio of slef-access learning content.

 ### 18. Good platform

 ### 19. Thrive Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Thrive learning allows us to bring learners from all across the globe to one place to not only learn but digitally socialise. Thrive learning is straightforward to use and has improved our approach to digital learning since it's implementation. Users across stakeholders see this as a beneficial tool to their learning. Logging on at least 3 times a week.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

There are some improvements that are unique to some providers that if implemented would provide huge benefit however as this is limited to a small number the priority is low

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive Learning allows us to drive forward our digitally enabled approach to learning within the Insurance and Financial Services sector

**Official Response from Cassie Gasson:**

> Thank you for the great review!

 ### 20. Thrive Learning

 ### 22. The perfect learning platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Colleague Engagement and Communications Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

How easy and intuitive it is to use, anyone can pick it up quickly without needing full tutorials

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

The Events and Live Broadcast features need some work to make them more usable and useful

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a one stop shop for all of our training, knowledge and skill needs

 ### 23. Incredibly innovative with endless possibilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michal L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Ease of use from the team's perspective and seamless experience for managers to upload content, create multimedia courses and manage progress of their teams. THRIVE's support is also top class - thanks to our dedicated account manager the onboarding went smooth and any queries we had afterwards were dealt with with great maner.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about the platform. The only thing that I can (if have to) point out would be the fact that their mobile app isn't responsive and doesn't scale up to the tablet size. At the time of me writing this review, the matter has been addressed with their team and is being looked at.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to create training paths tailored to team members needs as well as interests. With extensive reporting dashboard we can track the engagment ensuring that our teams get recognised for their time spent on development.

Also, it allows us to keep all our compience trainings in one place and in the event of an audit present with ease completion reports to the examining official.

 ### 24. Innovative platform with endless possibilities!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The support from our Customer Support Manager, Steph Hopwood is great; she's accessible, always helpful and has great ideas when I'm in need. I haven't used the customer service Zen Desk team too much, but when I have, they too, have been helpful and responded promptly. In many ways, the platform mimics social media platforms, automatically making the platform appealing; the UGC element especially plays a massive role. Still figuring out ways how to increase this type of content within our business. THRIVE is a great communication tool that makes communicating interactive and different and encourages everybody to play a part. The content club provides access to hundreds of bite-size content on various subjects and pathways, allowing me to create modules/learning pathways using relevant content. Feedback is always welcome; whoever it is, I communicate with at THRIVE, and I do feel like my ideas are listened to. The skills functionality can be complex regarding administration and upkeep of the content. However, the ideas behind this functionality is clever and help drive desired learning based on these skills/interests.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

I'd love access to more reporting options - requesting reports via Zen Desk is a little time-consuming. Although, the response time hasn't been bad. A live feed option would be great, similar to Facebook/Instagram. Content related more to topics within my business would be helpful - even tailored content options. More layers on the Explore page would add more depth, and being able to tailor the notification emails would be a dream! Making them more appealing and interactive would encourage users to view notifications and related content.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication, embedding a training & development concept and making learning fun.

 ### 25. My experience of Thrive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria T. | Learning & Development Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

It feels like a friendly platform, which is a great thing for our colleagues as it's a less intimidating way to learn. E.g having an app makes it easier to access training in store & makes it feel more like social media!!

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Sometimes our users find it difficult to navigate around the platform, which we're working through but would be helpful to have more guidance on this.

It's helping everyone across the business access learning in an easy/convenient way

 ### 29. Wonderfully engaging organisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The modern accessible approach to learning and development which engages all staff and its versatility.
Content and compliance club content.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

The lack of self service for administrators and lack of reporting capability at source. We'd like to be less reliant on zendesk.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One central accessible place for all staff to locate for learning.

 ### 30. Gorgeous, easy to use platform and amazing customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Em P. | Senior Learning and Development Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Such an easy platform to use and get set up and launched. Everyone, from the implementation to content to support teams give you all the time you need and is super responsive and lovely and you always have a dedicated member of the team there to answer queries and give you ideas.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

There isn't anything to dislike about THRIVE, any issues or confusion we've had along the way have been responded to quickly and effectively by the team. The only thing to note is you'll need a lot of time to set aside for the initial launch meetings!

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a central, clear and accessible place to house information and learning for the company. We've been able to roll out training and see engagement and areas we need to address through useful data. It's helped us formalise our learning culture into one, super interactive space.

**Official Response from Cassie Gasson:**

> Thanks so much for your review Em!

We are over the moon that you're enjoying your THRIVE experience. As always, if anything comes up you are unsure of or need a helping hand with, please reach out to our customer ops team!

 ### 31. Thrive x Ann Summers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Our teams have had Thrive for nearly a year and we love the ability to share UGC, develop our front line teams and support skills development. The ability to set our own goals and track progress is second to none, and our product training has directly led to an increase in sales. Our teams are also able to access comms at their fingertips and connect quicker to one another.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

The App needs a bit of work in terms in functionality but I know it's on the roadmap. As well as this, the ability to direct message would support in fully supporting comms.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training at the touch of our fingertips and all in one place- we use it for housing all docs across the business, so whatever you need- it's on Thrive. Onboarding is now consistent across our teams in different locations.

 ### 32. The hype isn’t big enough

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The platform has a brilliant ux that encourage the user to continue clicking and accessing great content without even noticing they're navigating the platform

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

No reminder emails for mandatory learning before the deadline.

Not know what content it in a pathway (especially if you're archiving it) and reporting on what content they've completed in it, without having to drill down to piece of content

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing sme content, user experience, easy engagment reporting

 ### 33. THRIVE x SCM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

I absolutely LOVE Thrive. It has been a game changer for our L&D strategy as we are able to effectively roll out both mandatory training and tools for personal development in one platform. The CSM, products and Zendesk team in particular are all so helpful. We love the slick aesthetic and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

There are a few clunky areas in terms of integration with other systems and reporting. I would love for there to be a campaign carousel on the web page like there is on the app too.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is helping us with conpliance monitoring, but also career development. We see users engaging in so much content that will not only boost their skill level, but will contribute to the success of their work.

 ### 34. Fantastic Learning & Skills Platform.... We're 3 years with Thrive!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The best thing about the Thrive platform is the constant development & evolution of key features - meaning that the functionality always feels cutting edge and aligned to how the world of L&D is constantly evolving.

It is super simple to navigate and really intuative for Learners, so the UX is great. Not only does it provide learning at a touch of a button, the embedded social features really bring the learning to life.

Minimum internal resource is required to manage Thrive, and the Thrive CX team are always on hand for support!

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Tags can be difficult to keep up with, particuarly as time with the platform grows - we need to do a little work to streamline ours.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop shop for all things learning, skills and comms! - We dual purpose the explore page as a intranet function which keeps things super simple for our users.

It's also a god send for a slick onboarding experience for new starters.

Staff engagement and tracking

 ### 36. .

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bex P. | Digital Learning Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

It is sleek and user friendly and provides a fantastic user experience

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

External facing courses would benefit my organisation, so I'll watch this space.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't use it yet, but from what I've seen it is a seemless platform which would provide a fantastic onboarding process for our organisation, something we are currently lacking.

 ### 37. My experience of thrive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

I love that thrive at always innovating and thinking of what's next.
They listen to their customers and spend time hearing what they have to say and need from the platform

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

I just wish that there was a way to customise the appearance more, like on a website builder. It's quite limited at the moment and with little personalisation.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive helps us to target certain audiences with specific content. It's also helped us to engage colleagues with creating and sharing their own content to share with other colleagues

 ### 38. CONTENT CLUB HAS ENGAGED OUR BUSINESS MORE THAN EVER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerry U. | Digital Learning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

We are a content club customer, and have been using and hosting the Thrive content on our LMS for just over a year. Since we have transferred our content over to Thrive, we have over double the amount of elearning launches since the previous year and our LMS engagement has increased tremendously. Particularly with optional learning which we want our learning culture to be. The resources that are offered are fresh, up to date and always engaging and they really work within our business. We have a great relationship with Thrive colleagues and love how much they engage with their customers, through regular meetings with our customer success manager and customer events.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

I don't have anything that I dislike about Thrive.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to promote a self learning culture and the content really engages our collegues and makes them want to learn more!

 ### 39. a great selection of third party training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesca S. | Learning Management System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The arrange of soft skill training available, the csms are great at supporting our needs, and the content is easy to implement into our existing LMS and access for our end users

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Could perhaps have some more in depth training on mental health

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our need for soft skills training

 ### 40. Thrive is so engaging and forward thinking.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

We are due to go live with thrive to the organisation in month. I love how interactive the system is and how easy it is to navigate and upload content. I love content club it's really great.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

I find the tag system can be tricky to get your head around and think there should be a way to rename tags or allow the content only to be uploaded in multiple places of the explore page.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our need for learning and development and upskilling our staff and managers. Also for hosting all mandatory learning and boosting our diversity and equality strategy.

 ### 41. Great look and feel and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaimini M. | Digital Learning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

It's a very up to date fresh looking platform which allows you to be creative in the way users interact with it.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Sometimes tickets take a while to resolve and some of the functionality's don't work properly for example the app. It's harder to engage users who work in operational areas without laptops in their day to day jobs to use the platform. These people then get disengaged with the platform.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we have now got the managers engaged with the skills we have seen an increase in usage but not as much as we would like to

 ### 42. Skills to boost our platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen H. | Digital Learning Team Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Constantly providing tangible ideas and inspiring thoughts to improve our platform. Diverse opinions and engaging guests from lots of different industries. Everyone was super helpful!

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

In my first session one of the guests kept talking about a platform separate to thrive so it would have been good to have someone who was using the platform currently

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing 24/7 access learning to an organisation that operates in multiple sites with roles ranging from contact centre, operational roles in logistics to recycling and multiple central functions. Circa 300 people, helps improve skills and personal development.

 ### 43. Great so far with an incredible team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The THRIVE team are incredible - so collaborative, energetic and eager to help you along the journey to implementation and nothing is too much trouble for them. They connect their customers and knowledge share, as well as organising regular engaging events.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

Nothing so far! There is some additional functionality we would like but the THRIVE team are always willing to listen and consider for their roadmap.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing engaging and social learning to the organisation - able to host multiple content types and enabling a more agile learning approach.

 ### 44. Forwarding thinking LMS / LXP provider

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Just so user friendly, both for L&D professionals and end users

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

I do wish they would improve their search.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It just provides a great all round solution to our end users

 ### 45. Optimistic for the future

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

The abundance of results from one search

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

It is clunky and not intuitive. The results whilst valuable are not filtered

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Language translations. In 120 countries

 ### 46. Thrive LXP LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Easy to use, engaging for teams, mobile friendly, great customer support

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

The app logs you out quicker than the timeout period

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to competency

 ### 47. Impactful and empowering

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarika S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Collaboration, and skill tagging. Ease of use

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

UI is very much like combination of Netflix and Linkedln, not much innovative

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration and engagement.

 ### 48. Using through mainly onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard Q. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Assortment of types of content to publish

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

More ways to report and get user feedback

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sole platform for learning

 ### 49. Innovative, forward thinking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan P. | Learning and Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

I really like the way it's constantly trying to stay at the forefront of learning. It is a much more modern way of doing things with the delegate at the centre of what it does.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

We're in the early days of using the content and at the moment I can only see positives. It's extremely exiting for me to see how this developed in our business and I'll be sure to report any challenges as they arrive.

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need for great content that is available at our finger tips is key for us as a very small team, this gives us time to work on other content and delivery of our programs

 ### 50. Really good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Thrive learning?**

Thrive has really brought out colleagues together and our engagement has increased dramatically. We don't use the platform for learning alone, it is more of a communication platform.

**What do you dislike about Thrive learning?**

It would be good if you could add videos to articles. Some of the functions and abit faffy but that is probably because we don't use the platform for the intended purpose of learning

**What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement and bringing all the areas of customer contact together. We can have all content for all areas so it is inclusive but the user homepage is still personal to them and the area they work in
