"Helpful Email Marketing with Nutshell!"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like how many capabilities the Nutshell system offers. We use Nutshell for many areas of business, and having the email marketing within the same system helps things run smoothly. For instance, our customer contacts are already managed within Nutshell, which makes email marketing so much easier! I can segment our contacts and keep them well organized, as well as see all the reporting associated with the email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

So far there is not really anything to dislike. The only things I noticed was that when I pulled the html in from some of our already build email blasts (from another email marketing system), it did not allow me to adjust that same content as easily as I thought it would once it got the info transferred into Nutshell. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell:

To date, Nutshell is the most complete and capable email marketing system that we have used. The email marketing portion of Nutshell is within the same system, and makes daily operations seamless and more efficient. Also, the customer support and service that Nutshell provides is amazing. Everyone we talk to at Nutshell is veryr nice, eager to help, and always looking for ways to make our experience better. "Mostly works for what i need - but wish there was more customizations"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I wish emails/notes about a person could be synced to a lead, not just to a person in general. I also wish there was a way to have the map tied to a project location, not the location of the company. We could better see the sites we are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like that I can bcc emails and have them go in to the site. I like that emails go where the email address is. I like that I can place files in people's records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I don't like that I can't put one person's email into another person's folder. Very often I have one point person for a client and I wish that their emails could be placed in the clients folder, rather than theirs. It is just messy and hard to use in that regard. Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to review Nutshell! It's true that you can't have emails synced from a different Person page to another page with a different associated email. We believe it's helpful to keep those conversations separate to keep your messages organized.

Thankfully with Leads, you can have multiple people associated with each lead so that messages from all parties involved sync to the same page. This is a great option to keep all of your conversations in one place for each of your sales! You can even BCC your messages into Nutshell and have them connect to a specific Lead page. I've linked a support article that goes over connecting your messages to your Leads.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

The price is something that attracted us. It's a no-fuss CRM meant to give you the basic information required to stay on top of your pipeline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Find the reporting function quite limited. There isn't much that can be done to get a more in-depth look at what has happened. I'm currently exporting a lot of the data to Excel for analysis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Connections at the lead level are more straightforward than at the company/contact level. Once a connection is made, all the emails from that person will appear even if it is not related. I had to create "Lead Association Only" contacts as a work around Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
