What do you like best about Nutshell?

When it comes to CRM, there really is no 'one size fits all'. What works for us is:

- Simple to set up and customise

- It recognises that people are people, companies are companies and opportunities are opportunities. It works well for account led selling where you may be researching the company profile before adding people - and long before you identify a forecastable 'lead'. You can start where you want to. This was the decider for us versus other CRMs.

Dashboard is useful and clear.

Exploring the built-in Outreach email feature now too - decent first impression.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Integration with Outlook is great but it brings in everybody. Maybe there's a setting to change this but currently have to delete those who shouldn't be in there.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like the friendly and supportive customer support team. They are always available to answer questions, which has been very helpful as a first-time CRM user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Nutshell doesn't have all of the functions that I would like to see. I miss recurring revenue tracking capabilities (for tracking sales of subscription programs). I also find that finding and editing duplicates could be easier. I would like to be able to do a side-by-side comparison, or mark not duplicate in bulk. Also, when uploading new contacts we can check for duplicate based on name or e-mail and update people (but not companies) based on new information added if there are duplicate profiles. But when you see the import report you can't click to see only the 'updated' people. That would be very helpful for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

As a user of numerous CRM platforms -- competitors like Pipedive, Hubspot, etc. Nutshell is visually appealing, has a low learning curve, and user friendly. I prefer it over those other platforms, from a simplicity aspect of keeping track of sales and business development data.

They also have quick customer support with any issues or questions we might have. I appreciate that as a user since I'm in the software daily.

My role for my client was managing the pipeline and the data -- I can't speak to the reporting analytics or the newly added Marketing feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

EMAIL INTEGRATION

My client has had some issues with email integration; to Nuthsell's defense, she was using a 3rd party email platform at the time, not a google mail client. My conclusion was to make sure emails sync properly, leverage the google mail client as the primary email.

My primary dislike is the Nutshell's Email Inbox Feature. In the past three months, there has been an improvement. Previously the REPLY feature to emails inside Nutshell's Software was not available. However, now there is a feature to reply or reply to all inside Nutshell's Email Inbox.

However, when replying to emails, Nutshell does not currently have the feature to add your custom email template to the reply. You can send email templates to prospects when creating a new email, but not when replying. Being unable to reply to an email with a custom email template that I've already created and saved in Nutshell is highly inconvenient. Now I'm still having to toggle between Nutshell and my Gmail and save email templates in 2 places.

Adding a REPLY with EMAIL TEMPLATE is a an opportunity for Nutshell from a feature perspective and user perspective. I would spend more time in the software if this feature was available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Simple user-friendly interface. I mostly use it for tracking leads and it just does it very effectively with the pipeline feature. The support team is very supportive and friendly overall a good product to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Importing data sometimes can result in duplicate leads there should be an easy way to eliminate the duplicate leads. Also, there is no option for cloning or duplicating the existing pipeline you have to make it from scratch if you want to create even a very similar one with just one or two changes. What do you like best about Nutshell?

It's very easy to understand and Setup the whole CRM. You can create your own lead-logics, add automations and customize your process. I also like that nutshell continuous improves their CRM with cool features such as marketing automation. For the price, it's the best small CRM you can get on the market, in my optinion.
