When it comes to CRM, there really is no 'one size fits all'. What works for us is:
- Simple to set up and customise
- It recognises that people are people, companies are companies and opportunities are opportunities. It works well for account led selling where you may be researching the company profile before adding people - and long before you identify a forecastable 'lead'. You can start where you want to. This was the decider for us versus other CRMs.
Dashboard is useful and clear.
Exploring the built-in Outreach email feature now too - decent first impression.
Nutshell are approachable for support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration with Outlook is great but it brings in everybody. Maybe there's a setting to change this but currently have to delete those who shouldn't be in there.
Outreach editor is a little clunky at the moment but it's new so expect it to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
