    "SAP for Project Management: I think it's really beneficial that there are so many transaction codes that are aimed towards finding different types of information, that is suitable for different roles. The different codes allows to display items in different formats which is really nice and ideal when it comes to progress report presentations. The excel export function is also really useful, it allows you to extract the exact information you need and then allows you to filter the information as needed. "

    "A complete collaboration platform that works well for our team: eXo Platform has the full range of tools that we need to share files, ideas, resources and project status information in a streamlined and unified. The layout and design of the different menus and sections is neat and makes things easy to understand. The general look and functionality is not too different from common social media platforms. Our monthly fee per user is not too bad and gives us a good return on investment. Working with the eXo support team, especially during our setup period, was a pleasant experience."

Other intranet providers I found while shopping didn't have the same balance of user-friendliness and functionality (lots of tools like Formflow and integration with Google Drive) to get the most out of your intranet. I also enjoyed the prompt, friendly customer support from the ThoughtFarmer team.     "Good Way for Companies to Communicate: The feature that I like most about Honey is that the messages or posts are professional and clean looking. Keeping things looking professional is a must for any service that my employer utilizes. I also really like that you don't have to have a social media account linked to Honey in order to use it - something that so many services request now-a-days in order to access their service or product. My co-workers and I are able to fully utilize Honey without having to connect it to our personal social media accounts - this helps to keep it professional.     " I love the flexibility of the application.: I like the "manuals" function where I can easily create standard operating procedures and share them with colleagues and specific groups. I also love the videoconference function that also allows programming. The learning curve is very pronounced and it is easy to implement in teams. Together this software is incredibly easy to use, it is very intuitive and has enough features to make it worthwhile to use it. What is also excellent is the integration with other tools such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects for scraping tasks or Google calendar to synchronize events.     "Invaluable team communication resource for anything imaginable!: It's challenging picking only one feature I like best because there are so many but one of my major problems was making sure each member of my staff is promptly and thoroughly informed on issues that surface and keeping track of who has been informed or not. With the News feature, I can post a tailored message to the team who then gets a push notification alert and it allows me to keep track and see who has read the message."
