I really like the AI part of LinkedIn Sales Insights. It actually identifies the strategic priorities and business challenges happening in organizations, which is one of my favorite features. This capability allows me to reach out to the right individuals at the right time with the appropriate information, tailoring my pitch according to their requirements. I'm not pretty sure if it would be counted within LinkedIn Sales Insights or not, but I guess the kind of mapping it does with my CRM list goes a bit wrong because of maybe the multiple names or the duplicate names present within the CRM.
