**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

Understanding who's coming to our website and automating the outreach process.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

I'd like to see them integrate with more CRMs and email automation tools.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadWorx:**

We got a LTD for this product so we don't pay the full price. Previous to their workflow automation feature they just implemented, I'd be hesitant to purchase one of their plans, but with that feature in combination with the fact that my company uses one of their CRMs that they integrate with, the value has more than doubled and I'd recommend using it. If your CRM doesn't directly integrate with it (both Zapier and Integromat aren't options) then I'd recommend looking at one of their competitors. 

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out to prospects when we're top of mind because we know that they've come to our website and which pages they've visited so that we know which services they're interested in. It also connects with our CRM Salesflare so we're able to send leads directly to it as well as see information from Salesflare on the platform.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

The data that Leadworx is able to pull from your web visitors is impressive. I've linked Leadworx to our PipeDrive CRM so I can pump new leads into our pipeline based on their web activity.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

You don't always know who exactly was viewing your web content, but based on the company domain that Leadworx finds, you can select relevant contacts.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadWorx:**

Test the tool and figure out how it best suits your processes. The data is valuable.

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadworx gives our business development team valuable insights that you would never have otherwise. I've we are in talks with a prospect, we can see if they are visiting our company website and what content they are viewing. We know is the client has gone completely silent or if they are still interested and lingering around. We can also find new companies that are "warm leads" based on the fact that they've been engaging with our web content.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

The user interface is smooth, well-considered, and easy on the eyes. Most software programs struggle with the balance of form and function, especially those with heavy data reliance. But Leadworx has done a beautiful job striking the right balance between the the two. 

Setting up my account with the Wordpress plugin was easy and worked as expected. I am a Wordpress user and I like using plugins when I can so I wouldn't have to mess around with the code. Their Wordpress plugin was easy to download and setup. They also have well-thought-out instructions on how to setup the plugin and everything was well-explained. 

The best part, I believe, is that it connects - and connects so well - with many well-known CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho. Leadworx also supports many email clients as well as Slack. I was thrilled to find Salesflare CRM in that list as that's my go-to CRM software nowadays. The integration of Leadworx and Salesflare worked flawlessly - not a single hickup through the whole integration process. That's pretty impressive!

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

I can't think of many. Maybe they can expand their support of email clients a bit more and include services like Active Campaign, which is what I use. (Their roadmap mentions that they are investigating it.) 

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within minutes after I integrated with Salesflare, Leadworx was showing all the accounts and contacts within Salesflare in Leadworx. Even better, they displayed the Salesflare accounts in 3 pie charts and classified them by industry, number of employees, and country. For the first time, I saw a breakdown of all our past accounts and clients classified by industry and number of employees. 

Once I had setup my Wordpress plugin, it took a couple of hours for it to begin gathering information. Within a few more hours, I began seeing data on the site visitors. My site is just launched so I don't get much traffic yet. Withing a day or so after I integrated my Wordpress account, Leadworx had already collected around 5 guests, including a business with 30 employees that is well-matched with my prospect profile.

The capture of the site visiotors data into sales pipeline inside my Salesflare account was also flawless. It was really helpful to be able to really capture the information into 1) one of the sales funnels I had set up inside Salesflare and 2) assign it to a sales-funnel stage, right from within Leadworx with the clicks of a few buttons.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

I like that it can track and visualize the leads that arrive at my site. 

It takes every ip that visits your site and it tracks it back down to the root and  business most associated with those numbers. This makes it much easier for retargeting and tracking down leads.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

I'm personally a little out of my depth. Currently I focus a lot on direct to consumer, cold calls, and direct marketing through my business and I'm just now incorporating retargeting and remarketing.

So presently, I don't think I've gotten as much mileage out of this product as I should have but in the next few months that should change.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadWorx:**

For those of you who are looking for something that can give you a little more than just 'a user has visited your site' this tool will give you all the information you need to track them down and market to them.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

The list of visitors is accurate. The daily list of leads of with detailed insights about the company is great. Helps in segmenting and sending outreach emails specific to industry/company size, etc. Takes less than 5 mins to set up and understand how the product works. The ability to find decision makers and contact info makes prospecting very easy.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

There is nothing I dislike but it would be great if it can allow to score the visitors based on the pages visited. 

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to push the visitors to leads by sending targeted campaigns.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

I love the design and user interface of the app.  Sure you can set this up within your own GA dashboard, but the beautiful user interface makes this app 100% better.  Also it integrates contact linking of the companies visiting which is huge so you don't manually have to scrape and makes it better than the average GA dash build for this. Also it shows you what the user was looking at on the website in a very convenient way, plus the number of visits and time on site.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

I dislike some of the recognition software, wish it pulled in more contacts for more companies and recognized spam bots / not interested parties of your brand a bit better.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadWorx:**

This is a must if you are spending dollars on your digital advertising budget.  Helps you claim some of that extra spend within the ROI budget.

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor traffic identification to develop them into leads, see what they were looking at on the website and hopefully gain a contact insight to cold outreach to the prospect.  With our digital marketing, it allows us to track down more leads, that may not have submitted an inquiry.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

I love that you can see which companies visited your site, which pages they went on and how it syncs up with our CRM and the contacts you can from it.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

I don't like the fact that it doesn't seem to actually show the correct companies. We know that other companies have visited our website - such as our clients, prospects we're talking to etc - but they don't show up. This could be because they're not in their database or too small to be in the database.

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to find out which companies are actually visiting our website. Useful to know of some that visitied and didn't convert and then be able to get back to them. BUT as many of the companies that we know are visiting the website don't appear that limits it somewhat.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

LeadWorx provides great intell on the visitors to your website. I found that it got smarter over time as well, giving more accurate results. I was able to confirm the accuracy by cross-referencing with clients who I knew visited the site at specific times. LeadWorx attributed those visits correctly. It's fantastic being able to combine these results with outbound marketing initiatives too. 

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

It would be even better if it was able to identify and filter out more of the bot visitors.

Insights into industries, and then right down to specific companies that are interested in what you offer.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

Here are four compelling reasons (of many) for why you should implement Leadworx for your B2B Lead Generation:

1. Leadworx is absolutely free for the first 30 days
2. Setting it up takes less than 1 minute
3. You would get a daily email with your prospect’s information. This customer segment is most prone to conversion since they have already visited your site and know about you.
4. You can get access to contact information and social profiles of decision makers working at the companies, which are looking at your website.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

Right now, there is nothing I didn't like. But I would appreciate if they add more features.

I’d recommend you to try out Leadworx for your lead generation, absolutely no strings attached! It is the best B2B analytics tool, which tells you the companies that visit your website but do not give their information.

Our website receives so many visits every day but we don’t know who they are. By integrating LeadWorx with our website, we can track the companies visiting your website daily and target them. They have the best rate of conversion since they already know about our business and what we have to offer. Finding prospects for the business is so much easier.
I’d recommend everyone to try out Leadworx for your lead generation, absolutely no strings attached!

User-friendly and fast setup. Great lead quality.

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

None till so far. However more details about the leads would always be welcome.

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier getting high-quality b2b leads was a challenging task for our team. There was a lot of manual work along with the higher time consumption. After we have started using Leadworx, the problem has gone down. The leads are sent to the emails daily, making the whole process relatively easy.

**What do you like best about LeadWorx?**

LW  has a bit of a learning curve when you are trying to get to know it, but once you learn how it works is super helpful and easy to get around. It does have helpful tips and instructions to for those who want more help getting to know the software while learning .

**What do you dislike about LeadWorx?**

 I don’t love that there aren’t that many personalization options within the software. Everyone on the team will need to have the same set up, we can’t have individual preferences set.

**What problems is LeadWorx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 it’s really easy to collaborate closely with people who aren’t  in a room with you,  so we are really taking advantage of this program that way
