You can buy direct from SharpSpring, but you pay for the year up front and there is a significant set-up/training fee associated. Support is limited.

They prefer that you work with an agency partner. Agencies can set their own price for the platform. Right now, my company Social Advisors, sells the platform at $600 per month. This is a great price when you compare feature set to Hubspot institutional version, Salesforce with Pardot, and other leading marketing automation platforms.
