What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?

Zobot is impressively easy to customize. We’ve been able to automate initial lead qualification and handle common FAQs, which has reduced our support volume by about 30%. It also helps ensure visitors still get answers even when our team is offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ?

Zobot is a powerful tool, but the setup process can feel fairly complex for non-technical users. Building more detailed conversational flows takes time to learn, and the scripting interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly for people without a coding background. What problems is Zoho SalesIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?
