I like that it is simple, allowing me to sign into different accounts easily, and I also enjoy the customizable linkin.bio pages, which help give each client a look and feel that is on brand. It would be great to be able to see follower analytics that break down by country for my reporting. Also, when I am tagging people or companies in my post, it would be nice if the platform could search as I type and ensure that I am connecting the tag with the right page. With Link in Bio, having our page look and feel like Instagram is nice, making it easy for customers to navigate. For Social Listening, it's helpful to compare what we're doing with others. I tend to take video as we are working on jobs throughout the month and then in the last week of each month I'll compile them all, edit a few, and then I can schedule the whole next month of social posts out in about 1-2 hours thanks to later.com. We used to pay around $20k per year for this service with another company - and I still had to create the video content and approve the copy. There's really nothing about it that I dislike. It works well - helps me format posts for various social platforms, crop video. The only thing that I think they could add to keep me from jumping from tab to tab in my browser is a hashtag suggestion tool. Besides that I give this five stars.
