I tend to take video as we are working on jobs throughout the month and then in the last week of each month I'll compile them all, edit a few, and then I can schedule the whole next month of social posts out in about 1-2 hours thanks to later.com. We used to pay around $20k per year for this service with another company - and I still had to create the video content and approve the copy. There's really nothing about it that I dislike. It works well - helps me format posts for various social platforms, crop video. The only thing that I think they could add to keep me from jumping from tab to tab in my browser is a hashtag suggestion tool. Besides that I give this five stars.
